Very walkable, 1 block from Manchester Ave restaurants and nightlife in The Grove. Sleeps up to 6 with King master, queen 2nd & 3rd BRs. You’ll love the amazing location, amenities, and warm vibes. Enjoy a night out and come back home to a safe, clean, modern apartment. Fast wifi and 1 dedicated off-street parking space.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we won't be on-site, we are always available via the messaging app or phone if you need anything during your stay. We're happy to provide local recommendations to make your trip memorable!

Located in The Grove neighborhood of St. Louis. This area has had a ton of investment over the past 5 years with lots of new bars and restaurants all within walking distance starting a block from the property on Manchester. Also conveniently located a few blocks from the highway so you can get just about anywhere in the St. Louis area in 10 min. We are also about 1.5 miles away from the main BJC Medical campus.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire second-floor apartment. Your access includes:

The apartment was very well appointed with anything that we could need during the stay. Joe was very communicative before our arrival and provided some great recommendations for places to eat while we were there. We had an event at the Enterprise Center and the location was great with easy access to the highway for driving there and back

Everything was as described. Clean, centralLocation. I found parking in the rear to be rather easy. It is on the top floor of the building so a few stairs but not an issue for our family. I do cook on vacation, which I know is a personal preference, so found the kitchen relatively lacking in supplies/ scratched up Teflon. A pretty regular thing for rentals in our experience, totally understandable, so we made due. Joe was great to work with. Very attentive. All in all a good stay.

This is a lovely property, exactly as detailed in the ad. Happy Goose properties is easy to work with and all of Joe’s correspondence was timely and professional. The street is lovely and the flat has everything you need. Definitely recommend.

Place was clean and cute. The biggest issue we had was parking is not friendly at all!! For out of town people visiting and unsure how safe the neighborhood is it was pretty nerve racking having to walk down an alley to park a car. And not front parking. Just felt it could have been explained better or a safer route to get back to property after parking.

Great location for family trip!

We had a great time at Joe’s place. Everything was as described and Joe was very responsive. The location was very central to our itinerary and walkable to the Grove restaurants / shops. They were able to provide a pack n play for our two year old. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. Would definitely stay here again!

Super clean and the "little things"

Very clean! Nicely updated and well stocked kitchen. Charging cords in the bedrooms and a night light in the bathroom. This place was perfect for our stay! Several steps to get up to the main living level but we managed fine!

Highly recommend

We felt right at home! So much attention to detail. The modern kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The bathroom was adorable and well appointed and the beds and couches were very comfortable! We only stayed one night but enjoyed it very much! We would definitely stay again if we come through this area.

Perfect weekend spot

We had a very busy weekend filled with wedding activities. Joe’s spot was the perfect place for us to regroup. Being able to walk to the Grove was so convenient! Joe was communicative and helpful the whole time. We’d stay here again for sure!
