Spacieux appartement de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains à louer à La Zenia, Espagne (82,50 m²).
De la terrasse orientée sud-est, vous surplombez la piscine tropicale de style balinais. Il comprend 2 piscines miroir avec différents niveaux, la piscine est entourée de plantes entre lesquelles il y a des chaises longues pour profiter pleinement.

L'appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances sans soucis. Toutes les chambres ont l'air conditionné (froid / chaud).

Il y a une cuisine ouverte bien équipée avec tous les appareils nécessaires: four, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge, fer et planche à repasser sont également fournis. Il y a aussi beaucoup de serviettes et serviettes de bain ainsi que du linge de lit.

L'appartement est au premier étage et est accessible par un escalier ou par un ascenseur.


Il fait partie d'une urbanisation privée avec 100 autres maisons de vacances de différents types et le tout est clôturé et fermé par une clôture. Le domaine dispose du nombre nécessaire de places de parking où vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement.


La plage de La Zenia est à un petit kilomètre de la mer, facilement accessible à pied, + -15 minutes. Il y a aussi plusieurs plages dans les environs en voiture.

This apartment was absolutely stunning, its in a modern complex with lovely pools. Very quiet and close to everything, the boulavard is 5 minute walk away, the lidl and mercadona are around 10 mins walk, the beach is around 20 minute walk. There is also the saturday market which is around 15 minutes away. Its in the perfect position for a relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend.

The appartment is stunning. Spotlessly clean, facilities were outstanding. great location for access to the AP7 and 332 giving to options of beaches etc (with a car) but you could very easily not have a car and enjoy the amazing pool, shops are literally seconds away.

Convenient location to the shops of La Zenia Boulevard and numerous local restaurants catering for all different budget sizes. The beach is only about a 15 minute walk away if you fancy a dip in the Med. The community pool is a closer option with a lifeguard ensuring a pleasant experience for all and no anti-social behaviour. There is a wonderful cliff top walk between La Zenia and Cabo Roig that is definitely worth the effort with the temptation of a drink on the beach at the end.The accommodation was as advertised, well presented with the benefit of two showers. The host contacted us to ensure we were enjoying our stay asking that they should be contacted if we had any issues.You can sunbathe on the balcony until the early afternoon after which time you have to relocate to the poolside where you are tempted to have a quick dip to cool down.We have already recommended the property to other people as we enjoyed our 12 week stay. Great property in a great location

Property had everything you could possibly need and was very clean. There were plenty of towels and a range of sun beds, chairs and parasols too. The pool area was spotless too and very quiet.

Clean and Comfortable

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment located on a gated complex. The complex is immaculately kept and like a mini Oasis. Location good for shopping food and drinks. Recommended as a place to stay.

Brilliant location, in modern apartment complex

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in December 2023, with the villa comfortably accommodating 2 adults and 2 small children with everything we needed for a holiday. The apartment is located close to shops and only a very short drive to the beach

Zenia Beach Apartment

Very nice apartment in a great location. It’s close to an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars and within walking distance to the beach. Very well equipped and really clean. Communication with the owner and airport transfers excellent. Will return again.

The perfect holiday for us!

Our family of 4 had a perfect week in this apartment. We enjoyed it very much! It was easy to book and easy to find. The location was for us perfect since we could walk to shopping and to the beach. Cleaning was good, balcony was nice and the swimmingpool area was very good. All over, we are so happy with our choice. We recommend it!
