Coucher de soleil sur le golfe depuis la chambre principale, le salon et le grand balcon ainsi que la belle décoration de style caribéen avec des carreaux partout font de cet appartement en copropriété de 1441 pieds carrés, deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain au quatorziÚme étage, un favori du locataire.

Cuisine entiÚrement équipée comprenant machine à glaçons, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des plafonds de 9 pieds, des ventilateurs de plafond, le chauffage central et la climatisation, et une grande salle de bain principale avec bain à remous, douche séparée vitrée, double vasque et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

Réveillez-vous tÎt pour essayer d'attraper les dauphins lors de leur repas du matin (généralement entre 6 et 10 selon les autres invités). Situé à distance de marche des commerces, de la nourriture, du plaisir et à seulement une courte distance de l'autoroute Foley Beach. L'enregistrement sur place évite les désagréments liés au déplacement pour récupérer les clés.

Overall the place was as stated on the website listing. The unit was lacking kitchen equipment. I was NOT pleased with my husband paying 70 dollars for a parking pass and being questioned about why our family was in two cars. When you travel with 2 teen girls and a pre teen, the packing is a lot. But, there arent many families of 5 who travel in one car anyways. We stay in OBA/Perdido many times a year and have never been denied 2 parking passes much less had to pay more than 10 dollars. The parking is awful, my husband is currently having back issues waiting for surgery, but each time we left we had to park 2 buildings over up the ramp which is inconvenient.There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch either. Ice maker stopped working the last day, i did get it to run before we left. Lastly, one patio chair was missing bolts and my husband went to sit in the chair, it gave away from the base and landed on his back. Luckily he wasnt hurt. Other than these inconveniences, the location is nice and close to many things, the main pool was a hit for the kids and the unit was renovated nicely and we enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, nicely remodeled condo and we enjoyed our stay. The SeaChase location is great! Somewhat limited kitchen supplies and no hair dryer present. Contacted owner about hair dryer. While responsive, the need was basically ignored so we purchased our own. Not a big deal, but a small nuisance.

Amazing place with beautiful views!

Our family loved every minute of our stay here! The location was excellent and the views can’t be beat! The condo was very clean and spacious! We would definitely stay here again!

great family vacation

what a wonderful property! easy check-in, friendly staff, beautiful apartment with the perfect view. Spacious with all rhe right amenities. We will definitely keep this property in mind for any future trips to the gulf!

Perfect Spring Break getaway!!

This condo is beautifully remodeled and so clean. Wonderful views from the 14th floor made this the perfect spring break getaway for my little family! We love Seachase and this condo did not disappoint!

This property is beautiful. It is clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

We have been visiting Orange Beach for many years, and this property is the best (by far) that we have used. I highly recommend this property- the owner maintained excellent communication and helped us with a few minor questions. Highly recommend! 5 stars out of 5!

Perfect Condo at Orange Beach

The property manager Adam was extremely helpful from the start. He is excellent at communicating from the time of expressing interest in the property through end of the stay. We loved this condo! The check in and out process was simple and well organized. It was clean, cozy, and so well decorated and well kept. It was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4, including a toddler and infant. We will absolutely hope to stay here during our next trip to Orange Beach!

Easter at the beach

We had a great stay. It was our first time staying at any SeaChase condo. The grounds were perfect for my family. My kids loved all the pool options. We liked how it wasn’t too crowded and the staff on property was very friendly. The unit we stayed in was perfect! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the condo, it was very comfy and cozy. The owner/property manager was incredibly quick to respond to all my questions or concerns. I will definitely look in to renting the unit again for future beach trips.

Perfect stay at SeaChase

This is our 3rd time staying at these condos, SeaChase, and this was the easiest and most straightforward booking we have ever had. Owner was responsive and transparent. Condo was exactly as described online. There was one set of curtains in the 2nd bedroom that fell the first night we arrived, but there were still blinds that provided privacy so it was not a problem for us. We had a wonderful week together here as a family and would absolutely book this listing again.

nice place, needs updated

We love the sea chase and have stayed in this suite 3 times. The suite needs updated bad but had everything we needed and it is a little cheaper than most so we stay here.

Nice condo

We arrived at 3:30 and the condo was not cleaned yet, that was a pretty big disappointment after a really long drive to get there. Called and they got it taken care of by 5:30, but seemed to be a rushed cleaning job and left trash in our unit. Overall the location and condo was nice, I was a little surprised we didn't have some basic cleaning items like dish soap or trash bags. I strongly suggest updating the key/lock to a keypad for convenience. The ice maker was a great feature. The view is amazing!!! Overall a nice property and would stay here again.

Great beach views but needs a little TLC

The condominium is great! Great location, fun pools and right on the beach. The host is an amazing communicator and very kind. The unit itself could use a little Tlc. Looks like it was last done about 15-20 years ago and now could use updates. Small things like broken door handles, cracked counter in the bathroom, low lighting, and broken drawers. Overall- I would stay again but would love to see it touched up
