Phoenix IX est l'un des condominiums les plus récents et les plus luxueux sur le Golfe! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Avec plus de 1570 pieds carrés l'unité est très spacieux et nouvellement meublé.

Ceci est une unité "premium" qui vous est proposée en dessous des prix unitaires "sélectionnés" !!! Nous avons installé tous les nouveaux meubles à partir du 14/11/18 !!!

Les équipements sont abondants dans ce condo Phoenix IX: l'unité est équipée avec appareils pleine grandeur, bar avec machine à glaçons, 48 "TVHD à écran plat dans le salon avec mur monté 32" TV dans les chambres, salle de lavage avec laveuse et séchoir. Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale et un roi dans la deuxième chambre. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon.

Il y a une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire sécurisée, une piscine chauffée au 7ème étage avec des vues incroyables, deux jacuzzis, un centre de fitness ultramoderne et un court de tennis couvert.

Il y a un 25 ans d'âge minimum pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement en cas de violation.

Property location was great, was very clean. Definitely would recommend. Could you a little updating, but would stay there again for sure. Views are amazing from living area.

To many things were broken…..ice maker, dishwasher, dryer, mold or mildew in front bathroom, toilets need updated, shower has mold around it…owners need to go check it out! Will not do VRBO again!!!!

Great Location, Unclean Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed in the condominium in regard to cleanliness and an inability to comfortably use amenities due to a lack of routine maintenance. In both bathrooms there is an obvious mold issue in the showers as well as what appears to be water damage on the ceiling in one bathroom. The bathroom with the jacuzzi tub has not been properly cleaned seeing as when the jets were turned on, dirt/mold profusely shot out of the jets. The ice maker had its “new filter required” light on, so the ice that was made smelled a bit off. There’s also some sort of water damage on the baseboards beside the ice maker. The floors seemed to have been vacuumed, but not mopped. If you walked on the floors barefoot, the bottoms of your feet would be black. If you left the dryer door closed, it would fill with condensation and wet any clothing inside the dryer. Finally, the AC worked great in the bedrooms and hallway, but it did not work as it should in the kitchen, living room, and dining room area. The difference was not due to the windows/balcony - you could feel warmer air coming from the vents. As far as location, it was perfect. We just weren’t as comfortably as we would have liked to be with the amount of money we paid for the condo.

Almost 5 Stars

I was set on awarding a full five stars, and for most of the stay, this condo delivered. The space was impressive, the facilities top-notch, and the building's minimal occupancy meant no overcrowding. The real MVP? The weekend security guard—his service was amazing.That said, things took a nosedive at the bar. We noticed that the ice had an odd taste, and a closer look revealed a disturbing layer of black mildew or mold on the internal ice maker itself. I followed the check-in instructions and emailed Phoenix Rentals with a snapshot, but they never got back to me. Admittedly, I waited until the end of our vacation to raise the issue (I didn't want to have to deal with scheduling someone to come over and take care of something on vacation), but the lack of response was what bothered me the most. On top of that, the refrigerator’s door ice dispenser didn’t work, so I had to open the door every time I needed ice and deal with pulling out the automatic ice maker(first world problems).I can only hope they got it clean before the next guest arrives.

We had a wonderful time at this location. We had an issue with the washer and maintenance immediately fix it on a Sunday! Great place to spend at the beach!

Condo is close to all attractions, more restaurants and stores than you can ever think of. The area is pristine, clean, very family oriented, quiet and relaxing. We normally travel to the Myrtle beach area but NO MORE. I have found my new favorite place. It's HOT in Alabama, we went in August and it was 108 and the ocean water was 88 but it's Alabama, that's what happens. We are going back in December for another visit, we were there for 5 days, this time it will be 7, that's how much we love it there.The condo was great, lots of room, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms both with king size beds, great balcony, awesome views, great loaded kitchen and nice dining room facing the ocean. There are just a few things that we didn't care for. food and drink still left in the refrigerator, sand on furniture and floor. sand all over outside furniture. I know we are at the beach but cleaning could be better. The living room TV, BE AWARE! TV says press TV button and then SAT button and TV will come on, well we tried for 30 minutes and it wouldn't. The bedroom TV's were fine, well the TV box in the living room is behind the TV stand door and the remote will NOT work unless the door is opened...DUH! felt stupid on that one but owners should put up a note to let people know so they don't call and say the TV is broken. The washer and dryer were AWFUL!! Dryer will not dry your clothes unless you run it for 2 cycles and washing machine was worse. it will wash and STOP full of water and you have to hit the sweet spot for it to drain and spin. it took hours doing laundry because of these problems and it didn't matter which setting you have it on. Some of the people that live there would give our husbands a hard time because they would fish out front from 6 am till about 10 well residents thought it was too long to fish. I would stay there again and again; I loved it there!!! Tha

Great view and condo

Overall our stay was great. Great view to the South and West, the condo on the eastside of this condo sticks out further than this one and blocks the view to the East. Condo overall was in good shape, but had a lot of minor maintenance issues. Lights burnt out, floor base tile taped to wall, toilets didn't flush right, had to hold the handle down. The bed in the second bedroom was great nice and firm. Overall a great rip no issues that took away from our fun experience.
