Lake Kerr Lakefront Retreat, front de mer privé et quai, maison spacieuse.

Cette maison de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain a 2 Master Suites et 10 personnes. La maison a plus de 2200 de surface habitable et une grande véranda avec vue sur le lac. Il dispose d'une cheminée à bois, d'une salle à manger et d'un espace petit-déjeuner. La cuisine spacieuse a tous les nouveaux appareils. Cette maison de lac est situé à la fin d'une route privée et est fermée et clôturée pour la vie privée en bord de mer. La maison a été entièrement rénovée en 2017 à l'état neuf pour inclure de nouveaux meubles partout. Un nouveau système d'eau complet a été installé en 2018. Le quai privé attend votre bateau de toute taille. Le paradis du lac vit à son meilleur !!!

It was more wonderful than we expected! Grandparents, 2 moms and 4 kids under 6. We THE BEST peaceful, sunny, outdoorsy time. The lake is clear and beautiful. Sand cranes on our lawn and the kids even caught fish. Highly recommend. Plus Mark, our host was super helpful and nice! Would definitely consider going back!!! So spacious and comfortable. An 'airy' delight with privacy.

Perfect Lake Kerr Rental

You don't need to think twice about renting Mark and Karen's house. It is perfection! Spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking right in the backyard. The sunrises over the lake were gorgeous. Great communication with the owners. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect Set up

The property is set up with everything you could need. Great location for large family, multiple families, or group event. There was plenty of space and lots of privacy. Beach and dock are set up perfectly so you can stay with or without a boat. There are 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee makers, 3 large bathrooms, all the important stuff when you have multiple people or a group. Owner was wonderful about reaching out directly and checking to make sure everything is ok. We had a wonderful weekend and can’t wait to rent it again.

Loved it

We absolutely enjoy every second of our time! The house is beautiful and accommodated family coming and going throughout our vacation. Mark and Karen were very attentive and very friendly! If your thinking about a lake front vacation place to bring your boat or kids play on the beach area this house will not disappoint!!! Can’t wait to book again soon!

Heaven at Lake Kerr

House was spacious, enough room for all. At the back door saw sand cranes, rabbit, ducks and many species of birds. Very nice beach and swim area. Host were very helpful and a joy to deal with. Will definitely go there again next year..

Fun times

My family and I loved everything about this property. It was the best stocked house I've ever rented. I have a bad back and beds are a big concern for me. I slept in 3 different beds and they were all perfect for my back. My grandchildren had the best time. The beach was perfect for all ages. The trees buy the water made a lot of shade so we didn't even have to use umbrellas. Can't say enough good things about it.. We will definitely go back.

Fantastic Lake house

We found this gem on Lake Kerr. We gathered our family from New Jersey, Wisconsin and nearby Ft McCoy. The house is situated right on the lake with kayaks, a boat dock and fire pit. A great time and memories were had by all!

Relaxing lakefront retreat

This house is so lovely! My kids, husband and I had a blast. Has to be the best vrbo we've ever stayed at! There are 6 single person kayaks and one 2 person kayak. The lake is shallow enough at the shore for little ones to catch minnows. The dock lights up at night, making it a beautiful place to unwind after dinner. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious! The owners are great communicators and really care about their guests. We can't wait to come back!

Great property location on lake

Great house on the lake and very central for the Ocala National Forest. Well stocked - having kayaks on site meant we didn't have to haul ours! Communicative hosts, even with questions that I should have figured out.

Great Property

The house is great. Every bedroom having its own bathroom is great! The back porch and the view are beautiful. The neighborhood coming in is different, but we did not have any problems.

So much to do

Great vacation rental, located close to National Forest activities. If you like kayaking, target practicing, dirt bike riding, or horseback riding, this is the place for you. We brought our 22’ boat for tubing even though the rental conveniently had 7 kayaks stacked for use. We launched within minutes from the house and kept it docked in the back yard. The home has everything you would need and it’s obvious the homeowners take pride in their property. Mark and Karen, thank you for sharing your home with us. Our family really bonded and made some unforgettable memories!!

Tracy and her family are FANTASTIC!!!! They took super great care of our home. Our house cleaning crew contacted me and said "Make sure they come back!" When people take great care of your home you know it lightning speed. Karen and I cannot thank them enough. Their communication from the very beginning was great. We welcome them anytime! Beautiful family friendly lakeside retreat

Highly recommended lakeside home in Ocala National Forest! The home has everything one could ask for: a screened in patio w/ a perfect view, a beautiful dock, a hammock, bbq, outdoor fire pit, 4 kayaks, 3 large beds & 4 twin beds (bunkbeds), books & games, piano, large dining area, full kitchen and 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Upon arrival my family members were all pleasantly surprised by the property stating “wow, this is top of the line” and “five stars!” My daughter says she wants to go back. There is a dollar store, a gas station/grocery store, a small sporting goods/bait shop, and a few small restaurants about 15-20 minutes from the property.

Great little get away

Our family enjoyed a long weekend on Lake Kerr. The home was clean and spacious and worked well for our family. The adults and kids all enjoyed the kayaks, hammock, and lounge chairs. There is ample seating on the inside and on the back porch which provided a nice screened in area to view the lake. The owners were excellent to work with and respond very quick to any inquiries. We look forward to our next visit.

This is probably one of the nicest lake house expirences we have ever had.

The house and the lake were absolutely beautiful. The owners were wonderful and checked in a couple of times via text to see if we needed anything. There was nothing we could ask for, because everything we needed was already provided. Our family has rented places before, but I would say that this was probably one of our nicest vacations at a lake house that we have ever experienced.

Outstanding home on Lake Kerr!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend. The house was perfect for my family who all came in for our daughters graduation from UF. It was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The view is spectacular. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the sun come up. Very peaceful. Lots of great memories from our stay!!!

Group gathering on Big Lake Kerr in the Ocala National Forest

The home is beautiful and very accomodtiong for a larger group. Clean, spacious and with all the expected amenities and then some with free wifi, large screen TV, kayaks for lake fun and a fantastic dock to watch the world pass by. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will plan to return in the future. Thanks also to very gracious hosts.

We have been spending over 32 years together enjoying life's journey. We have been blessed with living or being very close to the water most of these years and cannot imagine changing a single thing. The lake house is a place that we turn off all of our electronic devices connecting us to the outside world. We just enjoy each other and friends without outside interruptions. We've always had a love for flying, boating, fishing, swimming, and most of all just plain relaxing.
