Avec des planchers de tuiles et des appareils mis Ă  jour, le condo a Ă©tĂ© conçu avec la dĂ©tente Ă  l'esprit. Un mobilier confortable et une vue sur le golfe depuis votre balcon rendront le temps que vous passerez dans cette maison de vacances aussi agrĂ©able que le temps passĂ© Ă  vous prĂ©lasser sur la plage! IdĂ©alement situĂ© au 10Ăšme Ă©tage, vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  quelques minutes en ascenseur de la piscine, du bain Ă  remous, du spa et des autres Ă©quipements du complexe. Loved the room, loved the beach. This unit came with 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach this time of year, which was very convenient. Overall facility is a little outdated, but that did not bother me. My main negative was only 2 elevators serviced the entire property and one of them was inoperable for part of the trip. Spent a lot of time waiting on elevators; especially given the large volume of people in the property this time of year. We used the stairs on occasion, but we were on the 10th floor which was quite a trek. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Great condo

Can’t rate this condo high enough. We have traditionally booked condos for vacation for years (including other units in Surfside), and I have to say that this was the hands-down favorite. Tons of space for a family of 6 adults. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Great decor and the place was super clean. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Spacious Unit

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It had all the necessities we needed and then some. There was only one issue and that was moments after we checked out. I had left an item inside the unit but called within 30 minutes to notify. I was told they would ship the item to me at my cost. Unfortunately, the housekeepers decided to take the item. Other than that, everything was great.

Better view than you think

This place was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, clean and the view is much more than the pictures that are shown. My only negative rhing would be that i asked to check in early only to be told that i hadn't requested it (when i did) after driving 10 hrs with little ones i was just ready to rest but didnt get to until after 6pm when i was allowed to get into the condo. But other than that it was awesome

Fun filled music fest weekend.

We were able to walk to the music concerts in neighboring complex. Easy walk also to beach with chairs and umbrellas available. Enjoyed the heated pool as the ocean was still quite cool. The unit did have a couple of issues to address but I would definitely stay again, great bargain.

The condo was clean and ready for us to use when we arrived! Aside from a couple of dirty dishes which isn't a big deal, we absolutely loved it here! This was my first time to Destin, Florida and when we come back, we will be staying in this condo again for sure!

Absolutely loved it!

I truly enjoyed every single minute of this stay. The rental was spacious and very clean. The master bedroom was gorgeous! The view to the ocean woke me up in the morning and put to sleep at night. The attached blinds kept falling during the stay. But that was because we kept the doors open and the wind would blow. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay in this beautiful condo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our 1st Family Vacation 2022

Over-all our vacation stay at Surfside was good and the condo was pretty much as pictured. Things that were going on that you wouldn’t expect were the check in process and follow-up was terrible. We were not in the computer and were told we would be towed without a parking pass. Seemed like everyone in the building was checking in at the same time also. They only had 2 guest elevators which caused there to be an unacceptable amount of waiting during our week stay. We had a spa day and that was awesome for my daughter and myself. Met a lot of really friendly people around the pool. The pool bathrooms and common areas of the condo could really use some work, carpet in halls were nasty and as were the facilities by the pool. In our condo we had everything you would need and then some but the blinds were broken and hard to sleep in due to sun poring in early each am and I had a migraine one of the days and blinds would have been nice that day. We went to beach almost everyday and it was beautiful and also went to Baytowne Wharf fireworks as we were here during July 4th and it was great!!

Great stay!!

Check in/out process was very fast and easy. The few interactions we had with staff were friendly and professional. Short walk to the beach with two access points. Good ocean view from the patio. Unit was nice and would definitely stay again. *FYI: Guests are permitted 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella (free) with property-first come, first serve.

Surfside for a Wedding

Overall the stay was good, the condo was nice but definitely needs some updates!!! The fridge is falling apart and the couch is very worn out. I would stay at Surfside again but after having 60 plus guests at this complex and seeing the other condos I would definitely book one of those that are more updated. Thanks Jason

Check over unit and bracelets you are supposed to have at 1st arrival.

Unit was supposed to be ready for checkin at 4pm, we were given code for door at that time, we got there and the cleaning crew was there not finished. They hurried and finished up within 10 mins. A lady from Compass came to inspect while we started unpacking, she was not happy and didn’t want to tell me who else I was supposed to get the ok from to be checked in from. She put our bracelets in the basket for us to wear and took a pic, we were supposed to have 8. Once she left I checked the basket and we only had 7. So at the end of the trip we got charged 26.00 for a bracelet we never got. I also got a email at 5:30pm the day of checkin that the unit was ready.

Amazing Family Spring Break

We had an amazing time. The walkway to the beach was a huge benefit and private chairs were great as well. There were many places within walking distance on the beach and sidewalks. It was a great family trip and the condo I was great. Overall, the whole building is ready for an overhaul but salt and sand will do that to anything. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again!

Memorial Thanksgiving

The stay was so much fun. The view was gorgeous and the walk to the beach was short (across the street). The condo was nice, clean, and spacious. We will be back!

50th Girls Getaway

Five day weekend for four lifelong friends who all turned 50 this year. Convenient location, easy access to pool and beach. We loved the view from the balcony and having a family room to relax in.
