Charming, character-filled, remodeled home on a busy street in the heart of Asheville. Originally built in 1906, this beautiful space fits perfectly into the artsy AVL scene. Conveniently located to everything this small mountain town has to offer – only 5 minutes away from downtown & trendy west Asheville, 3 minutes to River Arts District, 10 minutes to the Biltmore Estate and Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the airport. Includes parking for up to 5 vehicles and an intimate hot tub.
The space
Enjoy the character and charm of our early 1900's home – perfect for your next family or friends getaway. Downstairs boasts tall 9+ foot ceilings, while upstairs still has the original plaster walls and hardwood floors.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full sized fridge/freezer, 4-burner stovetop, oven, microwave, Ninja coffee maker with supplied coffee, a tea kettle with an assortment of tea and snacks.
Three bedrooms and one bathroom are located downstairs along with the living room, kitchen and laundry/mud room. To accommodate a twelfth guest, the living room couch reclines into a sleeper sofa and also stores plenty of extra pillows & blankets.
Upstairs holds two additional bedrooms with their own bathroom. Please note, to access these rooms, there is a narrow staircase containing 15 total stairs.
Bathrooms come stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryers. The restroom upstairs is equipped with a stand up shower, while the lower level has a shower/tub combination.
Four smart TVs are located throughout the house. These come connected to our high speed wifi and include Hulu for your streaming enjoyment.
Please feel free to wash and dry your clothes! Complimentary detergent will be provided for your stay.
The front of the house has a large, covered, wrap-around porch for enjoying Asheville's crisp spring mornings and cool fall evenings.
With a large gravel drive, parking can accommodate up to five cars.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, porch, yard, and hot tub area. A unique code will be generated before your arrival to easily enter the home via the back door.
There is a converted schooly on the property, this is a separate unit. Please refrain from parking in the driveway leading up to the bus.
