Resort living at the beach! Enjoy spectacular water views of both ocean and sound in this top floor, oceanfront condo located on the north end of Wrightsville Beach. Duneridge Resort offers private beach access, community pool, tennis courts, elevators and assigned parking for 2 cars and easy access to kayaking and paddle boarding on the sound.
**PARKING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED/WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED 2 SPOTS**

This updated, top floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides unobstructed views and comfortable, open living/dining/kitchen areas that are perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Kitchen has been completely renovated with new appliances and everything you'll need for cooking, Living space flows easily to a covered oceanfront balcony for additional lounging area after a day at the beach.

All 3 baths have been completely remodeled with all new tiled showers with glass doors, beautiful new floors and fixtures, and a
luxuriously deep, relaxing tub!!

Key Features: Ocean front, covered patio, pool & tennis court.

**INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

We really enjoyed the property! The third floor was perfect for viewing of the water. The closet, full of beach chairs and boogie boards was an added bonus we did not expect and really enjoyed. Hope to come back someday!

Balcony was wonderful. Perfect view of dunes and sand. Accommodations were clean. Basics were provided, although a little extra toilet paper would have been nice. The beach was gorgeous. The beach walkway was a bonus. Pool area was top notch. I would advise bringing your shampoo, conditioner, extra toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels, especially if staying for a week. Icredit the host with providing ample starter necessities, and host texted me to let me know if I needed anything, I should just reach out. Fabulous stay. We had 3 couoles and condo was 3 bedrooms/3 baths.

Highly recommend all to book your stay here. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. The great part about this unit is the extra bathroom. Most other units only have 2 bathrooms.

Great condo for our family of 5. Master bedroom is huge! Condo provides towels, chairs, and toys for the beach which was a big help! Overall the complex has been freshened up a bit over the past few years and the pool area is nicer.

Beautiful condo!

This is the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in for vacation! Beautifully updated, pristinely clean, and the owner thoughtfully provided lots of extra little details. Over the last decade my family of 5 has stayed at multiple Atlantic Ocean beaches, and we always rent a 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. This is the best condo we’ve seen, and the only one we have ever considered returning to!

Wonderful View

The condo was very comfortable, clean, and quiet for a lovely five-night stay. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals, and the primary bedroom was most spacious. Easy access to the large pool and expansive beach made this a perfect vacation spot. We felt very fortunate to find this gem.

Great Oceanfront Condo

I would highly recommend this condo! It has been nicely updated and was comfortable and cozy. The furniture was comfortable! The towels were soft! It had a great porch with nice chairs and a table overlooking the ocean which was just steps away. It really felt like a home away from home. Hellon, the owner, communicated clearly and quickly. Don't hesitate to book it!

Exactly what we wanted!

This condo was perfect! Hellon was fabulous with communication and the place was super clean, gorgeously decorated, and included small details like extra coffee pods and snack bags of popcorn! I would most highly recommend this place and am already looking for a reason to return!

Gorgeous updated condo on the beach!

The condo was beautifully decorated with a bright open spacious style. Great location right on the beach - more quiet and relaxing of a location, yet still very close to drivable places. Checking in and out went smoothly. We would stay there again!

We have stayed in many different condos in different states over the years, and this was by far the nicest. The beds were comfortable, and there was ample seating in the living room. The condo was bright and well decorated, and all the kitchen amenities were provided. Easy check in, easy departure. Great vacation!

Wonderful vacation!

This is a lovely condo. It's very pretty, well-maintained, and comfortable. The outside balcony has an incredible view of the ocean and is a great place to spend your mornings and evenings. It's quite spacious for 5 people and has all the amenities that one would want. Access to the beach and pool is convenient and the complex itself is very nice. The owner is very helpful and communicative. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful place to stay

This was our 13th year staying at Dune Ridge and Hellon’s place by far was the nicest. Beautiful upgraded and it was so nice to have an additional bathroom. We have already booked again for next year.
