The condo was just great!

We couldn't have loved it more. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. The owners were great and responded quickly to any and all questions I had. Also the condo is located very close to all of the Disney world parks which was just what we needed. A++ stay.

Florida Vacation

It was all very nice close to pool. Not enough chairs at the pool a lot of people put towels on there chairs at 8:00am and never seen them again. The unit itself was a bit musty smelling not sure why especially in the closets and when you first come into the unit.

Property was easy to find and very close to Disney parks.

The property was okay, a little outdated, there was a VCR and vhs tracks in one of the bedrooms. The mattress on the master bedroom was old and lumpy. The air conditioner unit was right outside the master bedroom and the noise is made was too loud. Sleeping was not pleasant in the master bedroom. Otherwise the stay was good.

Family vacation 2023

Nice neighborhood with plenty of amenities. Now for the main house Place wasn’t clean, main bedroom bed worn out and very uncomfortable, drawers falling apart. Main bathroom, towel holder was falling apart. Use of bleach is not allowed to do laundry or clean. Two lizards were in the guest bedroom which terrified my daughter.

Great Location

The premises of the property were great and the location was convenient. The management company has done a poor job of cleaning and the unit was found in an unacceptable condition. However, the owners Sam and Yona were extremely responsive. They came by the unit as they happened to be in town and view the issues. They immediately called the management company and had a crew out to properly clean the unit. They even went out and bought new towels and brought them to us. The cleaners did a nice job and we were able to enjoy our Thanksgiving week. The kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of cooking/dining utensils at hand. The carpets and upholstery could use some cleaning as well. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the owners who take ownership seriously and want to make sure guest are happy. Thank you!

It Was Ok

I stayed at this condo for 4 weeks. I was seeing if I would like escaping the MN cold. My family also came down for part of this so we could do Disney. I think the owners have some regular renters because there is only 1 review in 2023. Trying to provide a balanced review. Windsor Palms is a wonderful gated resort. I’ve stayed at this resort many times over the years at various places. Great resort amenities and good location for theme park vacations. Lots of dining. Owners are really nice to work with and responsive. First floor condo & great location near the pool and playground. Well-stocked kitchen and lots of dishes, kitchen towels, etc. But as others have mentioned, still no baking sheets but lots of other oven friendly glassware baking dishes. Allows pets and no odors from past pet renters. Nice desk for working if needed. But
Extremely dirty. Tile floors are in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Mold/mildew on bedroom windows. I’m unable to upload pictures. Be aware if you have health issues. Oven needs cleaning. I didn’t use it and again no baking sheet(s). Furniture could use a steam cleaning. Allowing pets would also contribute to this but a pet fee is required as well as a cleaning fee. ALL beds are really uncomfortable. Twin beds are on wheels. Squeaky and move when sleeping. I would give a 5 star review if a good nights sleep was possible and the floors cleaner because I really like the location. If you are renting for a Disney vacation, this could be ideal.

The location to Disney is fabulous!

First floor is nice. The unit is a little dated but certainly serves the purpose. The owners are great to work with
very responsive. Windsor Palms is a safe, gated and guarded community

Nice time.

Property was in gated community. About 20 minutes from Universal. The place had a pool, tennis, basketball, and volleyball. Arcade was fun. Had a little movie theater. The condo was in a excellent location. It is ground floor right near the tennis courts and pool.

The property is in a gated community close to restaurants and activities. The pool was perfect for our family. Parking was plentiful and easy.

The property was nice. Had bad check-in. Was given wrong condo number. Couldn't get in. Took some time getting in touch with property manager. After talking to manager, parking and getting in unit was fixed. A metal cooking sheet would have been nice to have.

Great location at affordable price

Excellent location close to all theme parks. Quiet and safe. Wi-fi was slow so we weren’t able to watch the Roku TV movies due to streaming difficulties. Some repairs are needed as it is a little dated, but everything was functional and nice. I don’t have to have everything absolutely perfect. 😀 I highly recommend this property for this affordability and location, especially if you’re traveling with a pet.

A comfortable cozy complex

Had a great stay at the property with my family. Place has all amenities you could need, including washer and dryer. From this location I suggest leaving 30-40 minutes before your desired time to be at the amusement parks (Disney and Universal) due to everyday traffic.

Home away from home

Overall a good/great stay. I would rate it a 4.5 but this option not available. We needed a place to stay while our home was undergoing repairs. The neighborhood was good, clean, safe, and quiet. The location was quite far from our home but other properties closer were not appealing or too expensive. I rated communication with property manager a 4 but no communication was needed so I wasn't sure how to rate this. I rated the cleanliness a 4 but it could be a 5. We had sugar ants which we quickly remedied with some ant spray from the hardware store but otherwise, very clean. The fire alarms went off and we replaced the batteries, so another problem easily remedied. If we need to leave our home again, we will surely look to see if this property is available for rent and would recommend it to others.

AWESOME PROPERTY--CONVENIENT LOCATION!!!

The unit is great, the community and its amenities are great and the location is ideal--easy access to Disney parks, restaurants, grocery and drug stores and EVERYTHING! The property owners are great with communication--the weather turned somewhat cooler than it had been while we were there, and they actually came over to the unit to make sure we were comfortable with the temp inside. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Awesome property for the value paid!

We just returned home from our stay. Everything from the signing process to the check out was amazing. The property is located right by the pool, which we took advantage of at every chance we got. We will be back
