Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation, completely renovated with all brand new appliances and furniture. It is located on the ground floor of the Cita del Sol complex with direct access without stairs. This apartment has its own private garden! The Cita del Sol complex is directly opposite the Hotel Villa Taina with direct access to the beach through this hotel. It is the best location in Cabarete for kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoiling.

The complex is in the heart of Caberte on the main street. There are banks, pharmacies, restaurants, clothing stores, kitesurfing equipment shops, fruit and vegetable alcoholic beverages, all within a 5-minute walk. A 10-minute walk on the main street is Janet's, the highest quality supermarket with the best products in the area. With purchases over usd90 they make free shipping throughout Cabarete. There is also another supermarket on the same street, but on the opposite side, also a 10-minute walk away.

The most comfortable thing about this apartment is that you can move on foot to carry out all your activities, you do not need any type of transport!

The apartment has a queen bed with a premium quality mattress and a sofa bed, full kitchen, and a beautiful adjoining bathroom. There is enough space in the closet for your suitcases and travel bag. The pool is literally steps from the front door; the lush tropical garden has palm trees and different fruit trees. As it is on the opposite side of the pool it is very quiet, the sounds of the pool are not heard. Incredibly, despite being in the center of Cabarete and less than 100 meters from the beach, you cannot hear the bustle of the traffic on the main road!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove, full fridge, microwave, blender, and all the utensils/dishes you could need. The living room has a sofa bed where two additional guests could sleep. It also has a 40-inch cable TV in the living room and a 24-inch cable TV in the bedroom. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom and WiFi included.

The table with chairs for dining is located on the balcony overlooking the private garden. Cabarete's temperature is pleasant all year round, making it very pleasant to eat outdoors. Within a 10-minute walk are all the restaurants and bars on the beach. Nearby restaurants include Mexican, Italian, Belgian, German, Chinese, Spanish, Vegetarian, Japanese, Local cuisine and many more. All amenities and services are included in the price: air conditioning, water, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels, use of the pool and gas for cooking. Only electricity is not included in the price. Upon entering, a meter reading is obtained and upon leaving the guests will be charged for the use of the same with the meter reading. That is why we suggest that you do not leave any lights on and the air conditioners off when you are not in the apartment. If you prefer natural air, all the windows have mosquito nets, you can use the ceiling fans, one in the bedroom and another in the living room, thus saving a lot on electricity consumption.

There is a washer and dryer inside the apartment and additional cleaning service can be arranged weekly for $20. The apartment is Non-Smoking except on the balcony.

The apartment is stocked with soap, toilet paper, dish liquid, and laundry detergent. There is also a cold water dispenser with a 5 gallon water bottle (once this bottle is finished you can ask the security guard to bring you a new one for $4).

Environmentally friendly accommodation. In the central corridor, in front of the entrance to each building are the garbage cans. Please take out the garbage every day and deposit it in these containers. We recycle, so separate your packaging from food waste

Recommendations
• When you leave the apartment, do not leave the air conditioning on, make sure you leave the windows closed, the balcony window door has a manual lock that must be activated to close.
• The hours of silence and rest are: weekdays from 12 noon to 5 pm, Saturday afternoon and Sunday all day. Outside these hours, it is requested not to make annoying noises to avoid conflicts with the neighbors.
• It is not allowed to have parties or consume drugs or narcotics of any kind. If you are going to smoke, please only do it on the balcony, there is a small ashtray available.
• For medical emergencies and other urgent inconveniences that occur related to accommodation services (plumbing, electricity, door opening, pipe uncovering), notify us immediately so we can send you the corresponding assistance.
• If you need to check-out before 10 am, let us know so we can coordinate it.
• It is appreciated if you leave the apartment in the same condition that it was received. It is requested to respect the furniture and facilities. Cleanliness and respect for the home are valued. It is valued that the breakage of any element or artifact or installation contained in the apartment is reported at the time of check-out.

Other tips:
Note for December 2024: The AC in the living room is temporarily out of service. You can use the AC in the bedroom which can cool the entire apartment until the problem can be fixed. Thank you for your understanding!

The TV in the bedroom is not connected to the cable. You can connect your devices such as a phone and laptop so you can use apps like you tube, netflix, prime and Disney to watch in this TV.

There is a USB charger hanging on the kitchen wall, above the sink (see photos). This charger is used to charge the drinking water pump.

There is also a AA and AAA battery charger with some extra rechargeable batteries, under the TV (see photos)

Nice place

The condo is small, but we knew that. The location is excellent, other than having to cross the street to get to the beach, but we knew that too. Adrian the owner was very helpful and answered any question I have in a reasonable. The staff tet the hotel are great and it is a very nice pool.
