Condo nouvellement construit et meublĂ© en face de l'hĂŽpital et prĂšs du centre-ville, de Grand Traverse Commons et de la baie. Le condo a 1 chambre et 1 canapĂ©-lit gigogne et est rempli de toutes les commoditĂ©s. L'espace est idĂ©al pour 4 personnes et est Ă  distance de marche de la plupart de ce que Traverse a Ă  offrir. (À 5 minutes de la baie et de Grand Traverse Commons et Ă  15 minutes du cƓur du centre-ville)
Le quartier Kids Creek (Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la ville de Slab) est Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons de bons restaurants et magasins. L'hĂŽpital est de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue et ce condo est parfait pour les infirmiĂšres, les mĂ©decins ou les familles qui visitent des ĂȘtres chers.

We loved this new condo and walked to the downtown area for shopping and dinner. The furnishings are lovely and the parking is very convenient!

Harvest Tour 2024

This was an excellent location for us. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to Loco Boys for dinner and craft beer. Nice and quiet too!

Pleasant Condo Stay

Location to downtown and events we were attending was wonderful. Everything was close. Was very quiet for sleeping. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on but we were not inside the condo much other than to sleep.

Would book again

Great little condo, just as pictured. It worked well for the two of us. Kitchen had everything we needed, bed was comfy and good shower pressure and temp. You can hear noises from outdoors and neighbors. It didn't bother us too much but you can hear the people in the upstairs unit loudly as they come and go. They also sat at the little table/chair outside the door and you could hear every word they said. It seems like most of the units here might be rentals as the two of the four cars were out of state and it got busier toward the weekend. Location was great, only a few minute drive to Front Street and the Commons. We enjoyed both. My husband worked from the condo and said the wifi was better than at home. We'd stay here again.

Quick weekend retreat

We had a wedding in town and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This condo was clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything we could need. The owners were easy to communicate with. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

Location was just far enough away to be quiet from the rustle and tussle of downtown. Short and easy bike ride to the TART so we didnt have to take our car downtown which was ideal. Place itself was a newer build which we liked as well.

The location was fantastic for all that we wanted to do on our trip. The facility was clean and well stocked. The parking spaces were filled and a bit tight but that was our only issue. I would definitely recommend and consider again for another time.

This condo was great for us. Location allowed us to do the things we love. It was clean and comfortable. We would recommend it for those visiting the Traverse City area.

Honeymoon stop

My new husband and I started our honeymoon trip up north with this stop in traverse city! We stayed two nights. We drove up and around the Leelenau peninsula and did some hiking and then took the scenic route back to TC. The property was perfect for our short stay!

TC Condo

Great location for our stay. The unit was very spacious for the two of us and is within walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants and even the downtown area, as well as GT Commons. Also, being located on the west side of town it was convenient for travel to the Heritage and Leelanau bike trails without needing to travel through town and dealing with traffic. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo has everything you need when visiting TC —great location, clean and comfortable. Short walk to some of the best TC has to offer. Exceeds all expectations.

Very clean!

This is probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever had! Great location, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close to enough that it’s very easy and convenient to get to. Check-in and check out was very simple and easy. One parking spot, which was covered, which was perfect for us. The wifi didn’t work at all during our stay, the network was never a listed option, no matter which area of the place we were in. I contacted the property manager about it right after check-in but they never responded. Thankfully we got great cell service in that area (and was there less than 48 hours) but if i needed wifi, or had other devices reliant on wifi, i would have had to find somewhere else to go. And i was unimpressed that i did not get a reply back from the property manager/owner about it. This also is literally right across from munson hospital so if you’re a light sleeper you may hear traffic/emergency vehicles late at night (we did our first night), but it’s not a constant disturbance by any means.

Wedding Weekend

We were here for our son’s wedding. We loved the unit! It was very clean (I travel for work so I am very picky on this issue). The location was central to all we did. The accommodations were great and the little extras (oatmeal, wine, coffee, etc) were a perfect touch.

TC Getaway

Spent 4 nights at this condo. Great location across street from Munson Hospital. Clean and comfortable. No issues at all. Hope to stay here on our next visit to TC. Highly recommend.
