Ceci est un condo moderne nouvellement construit au coeur de Traverse City. Situé en face de l'hÎpital et de Grand Traverse Commons et à quelques pùtés de maisons de la rue Bay et Downtown Front, ce condo est l'endroit idéal pour explorer tout ce que TC a à offrir. Ce condo est nouvellement meublé et nous offrons des commodités douces qui montrent notre culture locale (vin gratuit et café local de Higher Grounds Trading Company)! Idéal pour les gens qui viennent à l'hÎpital!

The condo was very nice and extremely clean. It’s small but was perfect for the 2 of us. Communication with the property owner was flawless. We didn’t really do wine tasting. We did go to the School house winery on Mission point. We enjoy their wines. We did book a tour of the asylum. It was very interesting and informative. The Pleasanton bakery has delicious scones! We also had pizza at West End Tavern just outside Traverse. Highly recommend. There was a couple of packs of Higher Ground coffee and some granola bars in the condo for our enjoyment. It was very thoughtful and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

This location was perfect for accessibility to the Pavillions. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We cannot say enough about the property owner! Luette was VERY responsive to every message, she made special accommodations for extending our stay. An example of her concern
an issue with the washing machine resulted in the next day installation of a new machine rather than waiting 3 days for the repair shop
who does that? Well, Luette does. She was friendly and genuinely was concerned with our comfort. Best property manager/owner I’ve ever dealt with, bar none. Extraordinary.

Good Experience

Overall the apartment was nice, we did have to remove our top sheet due to stains, and there was alot of outside noise at night due to snow plows in hospital parking lot. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful Visit to Traverse City

The property was very clean and close enough to downtown Traverse City that we could walk there. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and hope to return to this property next fall.

Nice place

We appreciated having shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Coffee and wine was an unexpected bonus. The AC was extremely loud when running. We wished there were room darkening shades in the bedroom. Small cozy place. Nice to have our own parking spot; it was tight to get in and out of.

Wonderful Getaway in Traverse

This condo is just outside the busy downtown area but still in walking distance of everything surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood. Luette is a fabulous host - we weee greeted with a bag of coffee for the next morning’s brew and a delicious bottle of wine to enjoy in the evening. There was a booklet filled with places to go, things to do, maps and menus. The condo was clean, comfy and well stocked. We enjoyed every minute!

Extra mile

Luette really went the extra mile. The condo was fully stocked with essentials like toiletries, plus nice extras like great local coffee and even a bottle of wine. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely space

We stayed for a wedding weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable. It is well appointed with nice furnishings, bedding, a well stocked kitchen and even a gift bottle of wine. Location was close enough to walk to downtown and even closer to the Commons. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Traverse City.

Cute place and great location!

Super cute place- walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and of course, walking distance to the commons/hospital. Nice air conditioning, comfortable accommodations, and nice touch on the snacks and wine. Would highly recommend!!

A beautiful condo close to many shops, dining, and entertainment. So clean and loved that smoking of any kind was prohibited. Walking and biking trails close by.

Fall Traverse City

Have stayed here several times. Condo is cozy and comfortable. It has everything we needed. Walked downtown several times. We plan on returning!
