Taylor was very welcoming! We enjoyed our stay very much. Their home was nice and had all the needed amenities.The only thing I asked Taylor to change is having lights outside on the patio. The patio was great but we could not enjoy it after dark. The string lights were on a timer and went off at 9pm.

Enjoyed Our Stay

House was extremely clean and had everything we needed to make the perfect stay. The personal touches (especially the coffee and tea bar) made us feel at home. Back deck was so relaxing in the evenings with a glass of wine. Beds comfortable with a tv in every room. Would give this place a “10”!

Wonderful location and property

We had a wonderful stay while our son played baseball at IMG academy. Property was just as described. We also traveled with our two labs and the property was very dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Unexpected extras included a coffee bar complete with a variety of coffee, tea, creamers and oatmeal. Also the showers had shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. Clean property in a safe and beautiful area. About a 30 minute walk to downtown restaurants. Nice outdoor area to relax with grill and hammock. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and highly recommend. My husband wants to add the the water pressure was amazing.

very comfortable home near downtown Bradenton

This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood near downtown Bradenton. This home is very comfortable and extremely well stocked including a "coffee bar" with numerous selections of K-cups. We drink coffee in the morning and after dinner so this was a special treat. There is a Publix grocery as well as many good restaurants. Anna Marie Island is just across the bridge and you can find just about any activity you can think of for all different age groups. I think it would make a great family vacation and staying in this house with the big back yard including a large sitting area and dining area would be cost effective compared with hotel or resort rates. Thanks to Taylor for his prompt communication and easy access.

Great week

The house was very clean, was well-stocked with basics and also had many extras in the kitchen and elsewhere (iron w/ ironing board). We didn't use the washer and dryer but it was nice to know they were there. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi, plus streaming subscriptions for use by the renters is a nice touch.

Fantastic Home!

We loved this VRBO! It was clean, homey, very well decorated and well-appointed. I had a question for the host and it was promptly and nicely answered. We brought our dog and the fenced yard and outdoor space was great! Nice short walk to the river. Huge bonus that they have direct TV, which is rare in a rental these days.

Long weekend in Bradenton

Casa del Rio was lovely - bright, clean and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped. We especially appreciated the coffee set up. The host was very accommodating.and responsive. Check-in was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to Bradenton's downtown. All in all a very nice stay!

A private fenced-in yard with a large wrap-around deck crowned with a gazebo "tiki hut" looks like something straight out of a magazine. Upon stepping into the home, you are greeted with vaulted ceilings and impressive, professionally-designed interiors.

The outdoor living area is amazing. A full furniture grouping on the rear deck is perfect for lounging, and around the side, you'll find a large table that comfortably seats up to 8 people. Perfect for smaller events and get-togethers!
