Bienvenue à Hui o Kulia, où la vue de l’A-15 sur le récif de Kona vous émerveillera. Magnifique condo en bord de mer dans l’un des complexes les plus populaires de Kailua Kona, le Kona Reef. Observez les habitants de votre lanai surfer directement à 30 mètres du bord des océans. Détendez-vous et regardez les baleines et les dauphins nager, passer les bateaux de croisière ou le surf qui se déroule juste sous vos yeux.

Profitez de la piscine en bord de mer ou passez la journée à visiter la ville pittoresque de Kailua Kona, située à quelques pas du condo. Vous trouverez des magasins, des restaurants, des kiosques d’activités et Aloha le long du chemin. Honl Beach se trouve à quelques pas du complexe où vous pourrez faire de la plongée avec tuba, du bodyboard ou un pique-nique l’après-midi si vous souhaitez vous détendre. Belle unité qui a ��té récemment rénovée avec un sol en bambou, des comptoirs en granit, un nouveau lit queen, un canapé-lit et des meubles en lanai tropical.

The location is excellent!! Lanai overlooks the ocean which is wonderful! There are palm trees blocking the sunset so to see it we had to walk down to the grounds. This wasn’t such a bad thing though because it seems that there is always a sunset celebration there. We didn’t choose this property. We were placed here by the Kona coast vacations booking agent because the one that we chose was still under repair. When booking we had been assured that the one we chose would be completed and ready for guests but that wasn’t the case. This was a little disappointing. They did however give a minor discount due to the change and we were placed in a similar room minus the sunset in the same complex but different building. This is the second year that we have stayed in Kona Reef and choose it because of the location. It is easy to walk to Honli beach, enter the ocean and walk to the waterfront area of Kailua Village. This room was clean upon arrival but had a ‘closed up’ smell. The first impression would have been much better had it been freshened up the day we arrived. The kitchen has absolutely everything we needed except food and a water filter pitcher. We didn’t except either of those. Loved the fact that there was everything we needed for a day at the beach as well as laundry soap for doing our laundry.

This was our sevens stay here and we really appreciate the view and the location to town. The unit is clean and well stocked. We looked forward to returning all year and now we are sad we had to leave this place. LOVE IT!

A fantastic Location

The Kona Reef has such a great proximity to downtown. We have stayed here three times now and have never had a bad stay. The condos are aging but are in great shape and have everything you need. Will be back!

Great location and property

We are just getting ready to checkout and sad to leave. We enjoyed the property very much. Comfy bed, nice furnishings inside and out and all the kitchen amenities you need. Also, a very short walk from all kinds of restaurants. We intend to return here in the future.

The view is fantastic! Nice clean condo. Close to town. Lots of fun stuff to use such as chairs umbrella, snorkle gear. Kitchen well stocked. Did not use pool, but looked nice. BBQs which we used a lot. Stayed at Kona Reef before and will stay again. Can’t beat location and price!

Ocean view is magnificent!

We liked the location. The price was right. Many necessities plus more were provided. Some quality updates and decor could make this very basic condo so much nicer. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

We have stayed at Kona Reef a few times. Love the location and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Love the lanai. Unit itself needs updating. Air conditioner is old and very loud. It was not as clean as other units we have stayed in.

Lovely ocean front condo

This condo was clean and comfortable and the view was great. My only suggestions would be to add a shelf for a toiletries bag in the bathroom as well as a hand towel bar as the sink/countertop is small. Also, a small dining table inside would be nice.

Great location and even better view! The only complaint is that there is an atrium right outside the window at about 4-430 every morning the birds are chirping for about an hour and sounded like they were in my room! Other than that it was perfect!

Need better instructions on how to use tv. Couch had to be pulled out to sit on then we could not push it back in. The condo was a great location very quiet. View was the best.

If you do have a chance to stay with us in the future, just give us a call if you have any issues and we can walk you through it, or send someone out to trouble shoot. As for the sofa, it is a brand new sofa with a lounge. We are not sure what needed to be pulled out for seating. Perhaps you pulled out the sofa sleeper part? Lovely Condo Neighbors Inconsiderate

We totally enjoyed the stay at the condo on the beach but neighbors inconsiderate allowing doors to slam loudly and talking loudly early in the morning.

Sunsets are spectacular from the comfort of the lanai

We've stayed at the Kona Reef several times. The property is perfect for a quick swim and lounge by the pool. The BBQ area is comfortable and inviting. The evening sunset vigil by the residents is a lovely experience. The one bedroom units are cozy for two. We appreciated having some spices, oils and coffee filters from other visitors stays. In January humpbacks cruised on by. The dolphins were a little more shy and or the high surf hid their daily swim by the complex.

Amazing

The condo is amazing! The location is perfect… Just a few minutes walk from town. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful! The only negative I saw, the place could use a new air conditioning unit. The radiator on the current unit is rusting onto the balcony and leaves quite a mess.

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo, the view from the lanai was fantastic. We saw cruise ship, submarine and lot of surfers. Also liked the sandy beach right next door to the property. The cost of the condo wasn't over the top good value.

Great view and location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great oceanfront view. Condo is sufficiently stocked for our needs. Sofa bed is comfortable. King bed is awesome! Main complaint is cleanliness. The floors were filthy. It needed to be mopped. We ended up doing the cleaning ourselves. Overall, good stay. Will come back.

Fully Stocked & Incredible Location

We were thoroughly impressed by how well stocked the condo was in the kitchen, bathroom, and beach supplies like boogie boards folding chairs, and a cooler. The view was absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, and quiet. The pool area had lounge chairs on the grass facing the ocean which made a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The A/C cooled down the entire condo even though it was located in the living room only. The wifi was a little slow and I didn't have great cell connection, but overall that didn't disrupt our stay at all. We would absolutely stay here again and plan to in the future!

Great location

May want to use a different property manager. We got there to discover pool was being renovated. PM said they emailed us ahead of time but we definitely did not receive it. We are planners and booked this months in advance and would have definitely rebooked another property.
