Located just outside the heart of Kailua- Kona, this ocean front condo is your ticket to paradise! Just minutes from town, a short walk will take you to some of the finest dining and shopping destinations on the Big Island. Our modern, updated condo serves as the perfect home away from home, allowing our guests to enjoy everything the Big Island has to offer.
After a full day of snorkeling, beach combing, hiking, volcano exploring or just relaxing in the sun, return home to kick back and relax on the private lanai with a full ocean front view. Watch sea turtles swim in the tide pools below or see humpback whales and dolphins frolic in the ocean as the sun dips into the sea, creating breathtaking sunsets.
The unit is air conditioned throughout, with separate zone controls for the living room and bedroom. With a lanai that directly overlooks the ocean, you need not be concerned about noise from the pool and cabana area. The only sound youâll hear is the waves as they crash against the expansive reef. Our top floor location also ensures the utmost privacy and security for the lanai area.
We have taken care to provide a variety of recreational items for your use and enjoyment including:
Beach towels
Beach chairs
Beach umbrella
Beach mat
Boogie boards
Sand pail & tools
Backpack cooler
Binoculars
Free WiFi
Need a break from your vacation? The complex is adjacent to Honl's beach and our unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, access to popular streaming services, with BBQ grills, a pool and hot tub on site. A washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.
Our condo is ideal for a romantic getaway for two, though the sleeper sofa will allow up to four guests. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with no bathtub, so the unit may not be suitable for families with very young children that require a tub for bathing.
There is an elevator on site, but a set of stairs must be navigated to reach units on the top floor, so it may not be suitable for guests with accessibility concerns. No smoking and no pets allowed.
***The Kona Reef has notified owners that there is going to be a Structure and Resurfacing project to repair areas of compromised spalling, water damage and corrosion due to continuous exposure to water and sea air from January 2026 to April 2027. I have blocked our unit from rentals during the actual period D building is scheduled to be worked on. The pool/cabana area will not be affected, aside from noise. If you choose to book during this timeframe, be aware that there may be extraneous noise from construction in the complex.***
