Real Oceanfront à Kona Walk 2 Beach & Town - Nouveau remodelage - AC Quite Location

Véritable et absolu condo en bord de mer avec une véranda (balcon) qui pèse presque sur l'océan. Voir les bassins de marée ci-dessous où les tortues et les anguilles aiment venir manger. Laissez le bruit de la mer vous endormir après une journée de visites ou de détente; la chambre et le salon font face à la mer.

Canapé-lit Queen dans le salon.
Cuisine et salle de bains rénovées avec goût avec douche à l'italienne.
Condo a une saveur d'île fraîche dans le style et le confort.
Lanai confortable à manger mis sur le balcon.

Hale Kona Kai est une promenade au Royal Kona Resort, Huggos et à quelques pas de la ville, nous avons une piscine chauffée, un ascenseur et un espace barbecue.

Hale Kona Kai est un petit complexe de 3 douzaines de condos en bord de mer absolus en ville mais hors des sentiers battus! Situé dans une rue calme (75-5870 Kahakai Road) et à quelques pas du village de Kailua-Kona, également connu sous le nom de Kona Town. Hale Kona Kai est à seulement un quart de rue de la plage de sable blanc de Honl et à deux rues du marché de Kona Farmers.

In a great, convenient oceanside location along Alihi drive, the property was clean, comfortable, well stocked with all the neccessary kitchen, living room and bathroom amenities. Great king size bed. Easy communications with hosts. Very happy with our stay.

The location was better than expected. The sound of waves, was what I was looking for and drinking coffee on the lanai in mornings or watching sunsets in the evening was amazing. I loved that a 2 min walk we could be at restaurants, ABC Store Snorkle Bobs. The the condo still felt secluded. The kitchen had everything we needed, along with the nice touch of welcome Kona Coffee beans and a coffee grinder. There were plenty of beach towels, a couple beach chairs and a cooler. It was nicely decorated. And there was even a book exchange downstairs in the lobby.

Very convenient location, could walk to Kailua restaurants and shops. King bed was very comfortable, nice furnishings. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed for meals on the lanai. Parking was free.

Great place!

We are lazy vacationers and this was a great property for that! Coffee on the lanai every morning (for 3-4 hours) then wander around Kona, no car needed!

We've been staying at Hale Kona Kai for many years and we love it. The rooms are starting to look in need of updating, but they're still a great deal.

Terrific Location

We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and still have a quiet location right on the coastal lava. Our unit had a view and a king sized bed both important to us for our vacation.

Kona Getaway

The unit was beautifully remodelled and fully equipped. We spent a month and enjoyed every day! Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Parking space included, which is a real bonus in Kona!

This was our first time staying at Hale Kona Kai. We absolutely loved staying here! Condo 206 has been updated and has everything you could want or need! Hale Kona Kai is a quiet and peaceful property and Adeline was a pleasure to work with. We are already planning our next visit to Hawaii and HKK!

Great Stay!

The facility was great, the condo was awesome and would happily stay again in the future. We got to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and watch sea turtles eat from the tide pools from our lanai. The site was quiet as it was off the main road, but was just a short walk to downtown Kailua along Ali'i drive.
