Belle maison située à 5 minutes de la plage de Navarre.

Il s'agit de l'escapade secrĂšte la mieux gardĂ©e de la Floride, d'une retraite romantique ou d'une incroyable aventure en famille. Notre rĂ©gion fait partie de la cĂŽte d'Ă©meraude et est cĂ©lĂšbre pour ses plages de sable de sucre et ses eaux turquoises qui restent chaudes jusqu'Ă  l'automne. Faites de la randonnĂ©e ou du vĂ©lo sur les sentiers locaux, essayez-vous au kayak ou au paddle board, ou prĂ©lassez-vous dans les eaux isolĂ©es d'un magnifique parc d'État Ă  proximitĂ©.

Il y a un lit King Giant qui est installé dans la chambre principale.

Un lit double et un lit double sont installés dans l'une des chambres d'amis, et dans la chambre d'amis opposée un lit double.

Nous avons également créé un coin couchage orné d'un ensemble de lits superposés (plein en bas et simple en haut) et d'un lit simple, parfait pour les enfants.

Nous fournissons des draps propres pour tous les lits et ils sont lavés et placés sur les lits avant votre arrivée.

SALLE DE BAINS:
Nous avons deux salles de bain complĂštes.

La salle de bain principale a une magnifique baignoire flottante et une immense douche Ă  l'italienne.

La 2e salle de bain est magnifiquement décorée et dispose d'une baignoire pleine grandeur avec douche.

- 1 jeu de serviettes et de torchons par personne.

CUISINE:
La cuisine a son poĂȘle et four Ă  4 brĂ»leurs d'origine, qui fonctionnent Ă  merveille! L'Ă©vier de la cuisine a l'eau chaude et l'Ă©limination des ordures. Il y a un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et congĂ©lateur.

N'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  utiliser tous les condiments qui sont dĂ©jĂ  dans le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. La propriĂ©taire vit dans la maison pendant 4 Ă  6 semaines Ă  la fois entre ses dĂ©ploiements pour l'armĂ©e, donc ils sont achetĂ©s rĂ©guliĂšrement mais ils ne sont pas utilisĂ©s parce qu'elle est en Afghanistan plus souvent qu'elle ne l'est aux États-Unis..

Great place for families to experience the Gulf Coast.

My wife and I lived in Navarre for over 10 years, and after trying hotels and other rentals, this property is as close at it gets to experiencing life on the Gulf Coast!

Fun time with family and friends

Destin and Pensacola are not that far away. it was about a 45 min drive if you bet the traffic. We also enjoyed Navarre Beach which is only across the bridge. Walmart and church was less than 10 minutes away :)

Lovely house

Our family loved our stay! We loved that we got to have our 2 dogs join us on vacation. The dogs loved the back yard and so did our two year old. The master bed was super comfy. The house was very relaxing. It's not far from ice cream, TCs porch, coffee shop, and a short drive to the beach. Super fast response if you have any questions while there. We would forsure recommend this rental.

Perfect Home Away from Home

I 100% recommend this for your next stay in Navarre. Jamie’s home is absolutely beautiful and Cynthia was so accommodating! They even had a little stuffed puppy in our welcome basket, for my little girl. It honestly felt like home away from home and the master bath is a dream! We’ll definitely be looking into booking for our next trip to Navarre! Thank you lady’s so much!

The pictures don’t do any justice to this house. The ceilings are high. The bedrooms are big size. The master bathroom is huge!! Kitchen is amazing and everything is in pretty good conditions. Loved it. Planning on renting again next summer vacation!!

GREAT place to stay!

We were a family of 4 generations (from 7 to 98) who evacuated from New Orleans after Hurricane Ida. And we felt like we were right back at home staying at this lovely property. It was very comfortable, plenty of spices and things one would generally never expect in a rental. In a number of places were items displaying "live, laugh, love" - we found all 3 here in abundance. It was just a short drive to the beach and only about five minutes from grocery stores. We would certainly want to stay here if we come this way in the future. And you could tell the owner loved dogs - and ours felt happy to be here.

Private, beautiful, clean, and perfect!

This house was beautiful, open floor plan, spacious, and had a fenced in backyard. The beaches were not crowded and family friendly and just a short drive(5 minutes away). Loved the house and location. Destin is only a 15-20 minute drive and Pensacola is 30 minutes. The property manager was easy to communicate with once we got down there. We brought 4 adults and 6 kids. 5 of the kids were 4-13. Lots of room for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and a huge refrigerator. The pictures you see viewing is exactly how it is. I would recommend this house to anyone with a big family. Definitely can’t wait to stay again soon.

Great Rental Home

This was a lovely rental. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is in a very quiet neighbor and close to any thing you may need. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed. Cynthia was always available via phone. The master bath is gorgeous. The kind bed very comfortable. Only watched the main TV which is huge but no sports channels. We had our dog with us and he loved the fenced in backyard. The refrigerator was a real problem but hopefully they've been able to get someone out to fix it. We'd definitely stay here again if we ever come back to this area.

Not quite up to expectations

We were in Navarre Beach during the unexpected tropical storm in July 2021. It caused us to spend an inordinate amount of time indoors. I was unhappy with the neighborhood and the condition of the back yard. There is a pond or some typ of standing water behind the back yard that contributed to a large amount of flies in the back yard as well a very loud amount of noise from the frogs. The location is convenient to Navarre Beach and easy in and out. The furniture could also be updated in the living room.

An absolutely amazing place for our short five day weekend!

What an absolutely wonderful experience! With all the craziness around us, we were anxious about leaving and going on vacation. We could not have picked a better getaway than this. It was very clean, secluded ,but most of all, we felt safe!! The beach is just minutes away! The beaches are pristine and if you venture out into the national seashore, you just may have the beach to yourself! We found 2 sharks teeth while we were here!!! The master bath and shower are an absolute luxury after a day at the beach! We cooked quite a bit while we were here. Between the gas grill outside and the superbly stocked kitchen, we did not lack for anything. This place comes complete with tiki torches and fire pits y’all!! But what made us feel so safe, so at home. Was the Patriotism on display throughout this home. We thank you for your service ma’am!! We were truly blessed to have happened upon this at the last minute!

Absolutely perfect for our needs

We were moving from the DC area to Navarre, with 2 dogs. We had an almost 2 week lag between closing on our VA house and closing on our house in Navarre, so needed a place to stay. I found Jaime's home and thought it would be perfect, and it was. Plenty of room, a fenced back yard, a grill, a Keurig ( nice touch having that photo, you always wonder , Kcups, conical filters, basket filters, etc). The house is very centrally located to shopping and restaurants, close enough to the beach to make that an easy trip. Very comfortable, leather seating was both comfy and practical. The master and bath are very nice, loved the shower. Day 1, we wake up, refrigerator was not working right. Called Cynthia, she was there within an hour, by that afternoon a substitute was in place, the next day a repair guy came by, did a temp fix on the original, very nice unit, said it would work that way for a few weeks and he would order a apart. Superb customer service. Every one of our special needs was accommodated with a smile. Nice big flat screen in the den with Directv, Netflix, Amazon. Fully equipped kitchen, everything one needs for a week or two stay. We can't thank Jamie and Cynthia enough for their graciousness and efficiency. Really a great place and a GREAT bargain.

Hi !

Jamie has been serving in the USAF for 22 years now.
She is an animal lover and is always working with local and national rescues across the USA.
Jamie is originally from Illinois but decided that Beach Life and Sunshine was way more fun than snow.
She finds peace in Fitness and is currently prepping for her 2nd Fitness Competition.
She is a Brand Ambassador for Combat Iron Apparel.
She is a proud fur mom of a little fella named Nero. He is a Yorkshire.

During the times she deploys (which is often) she opens her home to for Short Term Vacation Rentals to help supplement her income. This is her day to day home, but she makes it your home away from home - when she's not here.

Cynthia - Is one of Jamies Besties and she is the property manager, you will be typically working with her as during the booking process and during your stay.

Cynthia is a tride and true local of the Gulf Coast, born in Panama City by ways of Tyndall Air Force Base, her family moved to Germany and then was lucky enough to get stationed right back on the Gulf Coast and this is where she has chosen to set down roots for the long haul (who can blame her? Have you seen the beaches?).

With Room to sleep 10 (maybe 11 if you can squeeze them in).... why not?

We charge by the person, not the entire house. So if you are a couple on a getaway but dont want to stay stuck in a cramped hotel or if you're two or three families sharing a beach vacation - you can all stay together and still spread out. You'll be able to cook your own meals and enjoy time together.

But at a budget you can afford.

Why should renting an entire house for 2 people cost the same amount of a family of 8? You're only using one bedroom - so we fixed our rates to accommodate that because we want you to experience Florida how the locals experience it. Not bumping into strangers in the hall trying to get ice.
