Bienvenue à Waters Edge, une escapade en bord de mer avec une vue imprenable!
Le condo Waters Edge # 110N est un magnifique condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Cette magnifique propriété a subi des rénovations majeures et est agrémentée de tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, meubles, literie, art et bien plus encore!
Offrant une vue pittoresque sur le sable blanc et l'eau turquoise, une piscine chauffée côté golfe et un balcon ouvert donnant sur la plage! Asseyez-vous, détendez-vous et profitez des couchers de soleil renommés pour lesquels l'île Anna Maria est connue, dans l'intimité de votre propre balcon.
Les couchages comprennent un lit King et un lit Queen, ce qui rend le condo idéal pour les couples voyageant. Les deux chambres disposent également d'une télévision. Il comprend également une entrée sécurisée, un ascenseur, une piscine et des courts de tennis, un parking couvert et un parking réservé aux clients. Détendez-vous, vous êtes au paradis sur la magnifique île Anna Maria!

DÉTAILS DU LIT ET DU BAIN
La chambre principale offre un lit king-size situé dans le couloir du salon. Elle dispose de sa propre salle de bains privative avec douche à l'italienne. La chambre d'hôtes est juste à côté du salon et offre un lit queen-size. La salle de bain du hall est à proximité avec une douche à l'italienne.

EXTÉRIEUR
La grande piscine est située entre les deux bâtiments Water Edge. Vous pouvez nager dans la piscine chauffée et admirer le golfe! Il y a des chaises longues pour profiter du soleil. Les courts de tennis sont de l'autre côté de la rue pour votre plaisir.

Beautiful Location!

This condo was a surprise gem that I found. It was an absolute perfect location on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. It had everything we needed for a family of 4. Will definitely stay here again!

Unlike any beach in America! Best place we;ve stayed on AMI so far!

We've been traveling to AMI for a few years now for the 4th of July holiday and this is my favorite of the places we've stayed so far. It is right on the beach, the ocean can't be more than 100 feet away! The unit was current in design and furnishings, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great sitting area overlooking the ocean. The property was quiet in the evenings and full of families during the day, pool was clean and not super busy, beach was not packed and we always had plenty of room. Having morning coffee on the balcony was wonderful and sunsets were even better! We loved every minute of our stay and ready to book it again for next year!!!

High end renovated beach condo

I’ve stayed in multiple Water’s Edge condos because it is a small complex with a beach side pool AND the beach balconies are extremely close to the water. This condo had recent high end renovation. It is smaller than condos I’ve stayed in but right for me. The main negative is the pool heater was not on and the pool was ice cold for October.

Beautiful piece of heaven right in the middle of Anna Maria Island!

This condo was absolutely fantastic! Very nicely updated with brand new appliances. Very spacious and clean. A beautiful view of the gulf that can't be beat. We had just a minor mishap about the key vs. keyless entry but it was quickly fixed. You can be on the beach in less than 2min from the condo, very nice access. Only thing I would recommend is some beach chairs to keep at the condo for guests that have to fly and can't bring those from home. Can't wait to come back!!!

Very nice Condo with spectacular beach view and access

Lovely condo on Amelia Island with beautiful view of the gulf and beach access only steps away. We found the unit to be nicely stocked. The condo was comfortable, had a nice patio overlooking the beach, and was in a quiet building. Potential renters should know that while the covered parking space is not that far from the condo door, you do have to go up a flight of stairs to enter the building at the end of the garage closest to the unit. There is an elevator in the building, but it is at the other end of the garage. For someone who plans to stay on the Island for the entire stay it is a great location. If you need to go into Bradenton or Sarasota it can be quite a trip with traffic, bridges, etc. we found it taking an hour or more to get to places in Sarasota we need to be while down there. Duncan Real Estate seemed to be easy to work with and provided all the information necessary for our stay.

Amazing AMI Water’s Edge Condo

We stayed in the Water’s Edge 110N condo for seven nights with my wife’s brother and his wife. The condo was absolutely amazing! So spacious and open, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with everything we needed from bath and beach towels, right down to the variety of wooden spoons for cooking meals. We even used the charcoal grill in the common area. We had never been to AMI before, but we will definitely be back and we will try to book again at Water’s Edge 110N.

We LOVED our first trip to AMI! The condo was exactly as published on VRBO, everything we hoped for. The condo was the most well-equipped I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed; loved the dry bar fridge for keep drinks cold. The ONLY thing I might consider is using 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom - my two teenagers (sister/brother) opted to not sleep in the same bed together. The views were incredible, and I counted a 19 second walk from the condo door until my feet hit the sand! The covered parking was a nice bonus as well.

Perfect location, right on the beach.

The condo was exactly as described on the website. The location could not be beat, with direct access to the beach and with the balcony overlooking the beach. The unit included everything you would need including towels, beach towels, beach umbrella, cornhole boards, and a fully stocked kitchen. The private parking was also a plus. The pool was also nice and was never very busy during our stay. Check-in and Check-out was extremely easy. The beds were also extemely confortable. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely look into using this property again for future trips and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely condo with beautiful view!

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is lovely, very nicely decorated with new appliances and cushy furnishings. The beds are comfortable, and the window shutters are very good at darkening the rooms for better sleep. The bathrooms are nice, with showers and lots of towels! The view from the balcony is breathtaking! We had lovely sunsets. The pool is nice and clean with lots of chairs and tables. The only down side was there was quite a bit of noisy construction next door during our stay which started at 8 am. The hallways and stairwells in the building are dingy, but I'm sure they will be remodeled as well in the future. I can deal with a dingy hallway if the door opens to a pretty place to stay. Thanks!

Was a great place!

Was everything it was advertised to be. Would’ve liked a washer/dryer in the unit, but we did use the one right down the hallway. Wonderful views, very up to date unit with appliances and furniture.
