RARE "DOUBLE UNIT" MAGNIFIQUE Condo Studio de Luxe à deux pas de l'océan!

Ce condo studio de luxe est situé au "coin" du premier étage de Bogue Shores, vous offrant une intimité supplémentaire. Spacieux et joliment décoré, comprenant un salon et une cuisine complète avec une chambre séparée qui a deux lits queen et une salle de bain complète spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne. Le canapé-lit queen-size du salon permet un espace de couchage supplémentaire pour les invités. Il y a une porte entre les 2 chambres pour plus d'intimité. Vous pouvez voir la grande piscine de cette unité au rez-de-chaussée et le magnifique accès à la plage est à seulement quelques pas. En plus des plages de sable, vous aurez également accès à la voie navigable inter-côtière située derrière l'installation. Vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances merveilleuses et relaxantes. Il y a des barbecues sur la propriété, un kiosque et une balançoire pour s'asseoir et se détendre tout en regardant les bateaux passer. Il y a beaucoup d'espace "gazonné" pour les enfants! Si vous souhaitez apporter votre bateau, cette installation dispose d'une rampe de mise à l'eau qui permet aux clients d'accéder à un coût supplémentaire. (VEUILLEZ CONTACTER LE PROPRIÉTAIRE / ASSISTANT POUR PLUS D'INFO) ou, vous pouvez réserver une excursion d'une journée sur l'un des nombreux bateaux de pêche charter. Vous ne vous souciez pas de la pêche, mais vous voulez faire un saut d'île en île? Prenez le ferry pour Cape Lookout ou Shackleford pour la journée. De nombreux restaurants locaux, magasins, sentiers de randonnée, parcs et autres sites pour voir des aventures attendent votre arrivée. Réservez vos vacances dès aujourd'hui!

A true gem!

This was an amazing suite from the location and little extra amenities available, you cannot beat this host. The communication was fast, clear and helpful both prior to and while we stayed. I would rate higher than 5 stars if possible. We will be looking to stay here again soon.

Beautiful room

I would recommend this room for anyone,it was very clean and convenient for my family. It has two entrances for early risers to keep from waking up other family members.We have rented several times and we will definitely rent again.

Beautiful and Roomy

We loved this property! It's the perfect size! We were able to cook meals and enjoy them with family due to the large kitchen area. Beds were very comfortable! Loved the Pool! Very easy access to the beach. All in all a perfect 10!

Beach Week

We had a great time and perfect wreathed this year. The property location is perfect to go from pool to beach to bay side multiple time a a day. The double room allowed us to bring 3 kids. There was plenty of storage. Kitchen had what we needed to make meals. Hostess was responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyable vacation!

We had fun at the pool and beach in the good weather days. On the rainy days, the unit provided entertainment with kid movies. The unit was private but the ac / dehumidifier noise was a little loud. We got used to it quickly but if someone is a light sleeper maybe ask about different settings on machines.

There are different sound settings on the clock to drown out some of the ac noise. Other than that there’s not a lot that can be done about the noise. Sorry it bothered you but glad you had a good time despite the rain.

Best room at Bogue Shores

Great location. Great one-of-a-kind setup. Bottom floor so Great for people that cannot climb the steps. Communication was great with property owner.

Wonderfully spacious unit with everything that you could want for a beach stay. Dock for boating and fishing with beach access out the front door. Very clean and well kept! I will be back!!

Wonderful rental and location!

The property is nice, clean, and well furnished. It is also very convenient to all area attractions; access to the beach was a breeze. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because I got injured during my trip; however, this had nothing to do with the property. It was wonderful; and I would highly recommend it to a couple or small family!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here aside from dodging rain showers all weekend. Location was great especially as we had to adapt our plans due to the rain. Beach access right across the street, grocery store right down the road, great restaurants nearby. The aquarium was awesome. The beach music festival was fun as well. Overall we had a great stay. Thanks for allowing us to stay at this property. Only issue was the need to have the door locks repaired.....it was a constant issue trying to get the key to work in the locks.
