Notre belle maison de montagne à Grand Lake offre une expérience complÚte des montagnes Rocheuses. La maison offre une vue spectaculaire sur le lac Grand, le lac Shadow Mountain et le mont Baldy. La grande terrasse offre un endroit extraordinaire pour profiter de la vue tout en se détendant avec une tasse de café ou un verre de vin! Cette maison est idéale pour les familles ou les groupes qui souhaitent passer du temps ensemble mais qui ont également une vie privée!

La ville historique de Grand Lake est un lieu privilĂ©giĂ© pour remonter dans le temps. Promenez-vous sur la promenade en bois, explorez le magnifique parc du centre-ville et la plage. De nombreuses activitĂ©s sont organisĂ©es dans la ville, telles que des foires d'artisanat, des dĂ©filĂ©s, du bingo pour toute la famille, un parc pour les enfants. Il y a tellement d'activitĂ©s pour chaque saison! RandonnĂ©e pĂ©destre, sports nautiques, golf, tennis, VTT, chasse, motoneige, pĂȘche.

PrĂšs de Grand Lake se trouvent Winter Park, Fraser et Granby, qui proposent des activitĂ©s toute l’annĂ©e: ski, luge, montgolfiĂšre, tyrolienne, concerts et glissade en montagne. Family vacation in the mountains

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Lake. We were able to enjoy the views of Shadow Mountain Lake, were only minutes away from town in Grand Lake, and a few miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Laurie communicated all the important information well and made checkin and checkout a breeze.

Wonderful, peaceful experience!

High above the main road, this property offers a beautiful view and peaceful, secluded setting, but we could be in the heart of town or dipping our toes in the water within a few minutes. Very comfy, spacious home with gracious, responsive, and just plain nice hosts. A great find in gorgeous Grand Lake.

Beautiful cabin in the woods

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The view over Shadow Mountain Lake was so nice with our morning coffee and evening cocktail. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with all the extras that we needed. Being so close to the town of Grand Lake was an added bonus so we could visit this quaint town. It was a nice break from from the Dallas heat.

Can’t wait to go back!

Our family had the best time staying in Laurie’s cabin and visiting Grand Lake. The property was perfect in every way for our family! Great for our two young kids and our grandmother (85). We loved the layout of the house and the views were beautiful from the cabin. Amazing location to town and to the park entrance. Laurie was so accommodating and helpful answering any questions we had. This is a great place for families to enjoy the Rockies! We hope to be back soon!

Simply Awesome!!!!!!!!

Beautiful views, we saw a moose, deer, and a hawk. Quick near by access to restaurants, shopping lakes and water sports plus entrance to RMNP. This house is very clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped with everything you need for your getaway. If I was traveling that way again I would stay here again. This is a unique owner. She makes sure you are well provisioned for your stay. She accommodates large dogs. Super clean! She even changes the bed spreads and table runners to reflect the seasons. 5 minutes to the National Park and downtown Grand Lake.

What a wonderful place from which to enjoy Grand Lake!

This beautiful two-story home with loft over the garage is a wonderful way to enjoy the view over Shadow Mountain reservoir and Grand Lake! Comfortably slept 7 (we had one extra who slept on the couch - also comfortable). On-prem washer/dryer was a nice advantage. Walk to Grand Lake is easy, even uphill on return. Grand Lake is a special place with lots to do and see. We will return!

A Great Getaway Minutes from Grand Lake!

We had a great stay! Laurie's communication was spot-on and easy to follow. The house was very comfortable. We enjoyed the views from the deck; the kitchen was fabulous and fully stocked, and the apartment was lovely, allowing us to spread out more. Shadow Mountian and Grand Lake are minutes away, and we enjoyed kayaking and hiking every day! Had we had more time, we would have gone on a few four-wheel-drive adventures. Great location and a very comfortable house. Thank you, Laurie. We'll definitely keep you in mind for any future Grand Lake adventures!!

Great for families

The house has a pretty nice layout and views. Only slightly odd thing was the other King bed is in a room over the garage. It's a great large room, we called it the retreat, but you have to go outside, across the breezeway to get into the main house to use the restroom. So we had to flip a quarter between the two families of which couple got that room. The couple that stayed said the upside was it was super quiet away from all the kids!

July 4th

We had a wonderful time in Grand Lake. Laurie was a wonderful host and great communicator. We sat on the porch with family each night overlooking the beautiful Lake laughing. We hiked, biked to town, and paddled on the Lake during the day! On July 4th, we rented a Pontoon boat close by and then all came home cooked dinner and watched the best views of the fireworks. Going to GL each summer is our new family tradition. 🙏😀.

Excellent!

We had 4 us plus a dog. The house was clean, and we had plenty of room. Plenty of pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The deck has a built in baby gate / doggy gate which as great to not worry about watching the dog. We spent a lot of time out there! It's partially covered, partially exposed which was great to stay warm in the morning sun and comfortable in the afternoon in the shade. Convenient location into town. In addition to the great house, Grand Lake is so charming, and we enjoyed walking along the lake and boardwalk. All in all, it was an awesome family trip.

Family Vacation

Our family including a 2 month old and a 2 year old decided on Grand Lake Colorado for our summer vacation. Laurie’s home was fabulous. The pictures do not do it justice. The property was close to town, right across from the lake with fabulous views. The home looks new and very comfortable. We were 7 total and there was room for more. Laurie checked in with us on arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. She was a lovely hostess.

Great location with a beautiful view.

Had a wonderful stay in this clean, well equipped home overlooking Shadow Lake. Very close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as downtown Grand Lake. Short drive to multiple trail heads for all levels of hiking, both in RMNP as well as Arapahoe National Forest. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils and appliances. Beautiful deck for sitting outside with our morning coffee. Owner quickly responded when I had a question. Would definitely love to return to this property and continue to explore the area. Easy place from which to take an early evening drive into RMNP to see moose, elk and deer. Relaxing place to get away.

It has given us lots of great memories and a place to connect with each other. We enjoy the privacy on our road. The view of the lakes and mountain views are stunning! The deck is the place to relax, take in the view, enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

We love the location of this home because it is peaceful and private but close to town and activities. Grand Lake is a magical place with lots of activities and things to explore!
There are many activities such as craft fairs, mini golf, firework displays, live music, beach with water activities. Great restaurants!

Property located on a private road. No pass through traffic. Separate master loft suite makes this property great for multiple families or couples. View of mountains and lakes! It is a true get away from city life! This small town is a true jewel in the mountains of Colorado!
