Cet espace est un beau-quartier privé dans la maison de l'hôte, séparé du salon de l'hôte par des murs insonorisés et il a sa propre entrée privée. Cette unité offre un séjour confortable pour 1 personne, jusqu'à 3 personnes utilisent le lit et le canapé convertible. Climatisation / chauffage autonome, kitchenette avec plaque chauffante, grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, bouilloire électrique. Serviettes et draps 100% coton de qualité. Salle de bain privée avec baignoire, grand placard avec fer et planche à repasser. Il y a aussi votre propre buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Internet wi-fi, streaming Roku TV (désolé, il n'y a pas de service de télévision par câble, pas de service de chaînes sportives, pas de service de cinéma. Si vous êtes un amateur de télévision, cet endroit pourrait ne pas vous convenir). Espace de stationnement hors rue désigné. Coin salon intérieur et un coin salon cour d'angle. Vue sur la roche rouge depuis votre chambre! Bien qu'il ne s'agisse pas d'un logement indépendant, l'entrée privée vous offre toute l'intimité dont vous avez besoin. Très bien situé dans une rue calme de West Sedona, à proximité de toutes les commodités que Sedona a à offrir! The studio apartment was VERY clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated great layout for the two of us. It was centrally located and just a few minutes from any key point in Sedona. Max, our host was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

My husband and I were in Sedona to celebrate his birthday and our wedding anniversary. This VRBO was the perfect size for us! Great location with easy access to hiking trails which was our main activity while in Sedona. Everything was clean and tidy and comfortable! We hope to visit again one day!

Sedona visit

We loved this apartment! It was everything it said it was in the rental description. Clean, comfortable, close to so much and easy to find. Perfect for our anniversary

The place was in a perfect location and was so nice and cozy for me and my husbands 3rd anniversary. We ran into some issues and the owners were quick to help and respond. I would defiantly recommend staying with them in you're in Sedona. It's close to everything and yet far enough away that you don't feel crowded. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. We were up very early to get out hiking, stopped back for an afternoon break and then back out for a second hike. The location was perfect, quiet, and close to the highway to get around. Due to dietary issues I made my own food each night and had no issues with supplies in the kitchen. My husband picked up food from the many nearby restaurants. It was quite cool when we were there and the heat worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the walk in closet was the perfect space to help us stay organized. If we return to the area I would stay again!

Week in Sedona

This home is perfect for a stay in Sedona. It is convenient to everything without being right in the middle of town. It was clean and comfortable. Had all that was needed to fix meals. The best was two rooms allowing us to be have different sleep schedules.

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It was more than large enough for 2 people. The owner was helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet but we were close to the main highway access to all activities Sedona has to offer.

Sedona Perfection

I've stayed on a LOT of short term rentals around the world, and this is one of my absolute favorites so far! Everything you could possibly need is provided in this well-appointed, sweet, quiet, private space. Max and Melati's are amazing hosts: spotless communication and super friendly. I didn't' want to leave after 4 nights: I will be back!!

Perfect spot to celebrate a 50th b-day and 23rd Anniversary!

This was a great place to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and our 23rd anniversary! The owners were wonderful and even helped us plan our visit weeks before we even arrived. All their recommendations were great. The house is adorable and everything you need. It's location in a quiet little neighborhood in West Sedona was awesome and far from the traffic in Sedona. We loved are stay there and are already planning to go back. Thank you Mel & Max !

2nd Stay

This was my second time staying at this West Sedona property. It is located in a well-maintained residential neighborhood away from the traffic (and related noise) of 89A yet conveniently close to restaurants, groceries, and shops of all stripes. There are numerous hiking/biking trails within walking or riding distance of the property (Old Post, Carroll Canyon, Ridge) - this is a huge advantage if you know how trailhead parking can be in Sedona! Off-street parking, the grill, and laundry facilities were a plus for me. The on-site hosts, Max & Melati, were wonderful - again!

Great trip to Sedona!

My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant stay here! The hosts were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The spot was perfect for us as it was cozy and we spent most of our time outdoors hiking beautiful Sedona! We will definitely stay here again!!
