This home is centrally located to get anywhere easily. It is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well appointed and the private parking is a plus. We appreciated the informational folder with everything we needed to know about the home, plus suggestions on hiking, food, and attractions nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

This home is in a great location and was good for a 2 day stay with my husband. We walked to shops and a restaurant. I appreciate that the kitchen had spices, olive oil and the necessities to cook and bake. The dishwasher concerned me, since it rocked when opening and closing but since our stay was short I did not need to turn it on. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place! The house was clean and comfortable. I loved the fireplace and enjoyed listening to the fun selection of old albums on the record player. The uptown location was great, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.The gravel parking space wasn’t an issue with my SUV, but if you have a car with lower clearance, it’s probably best to park on the street out front. The lighting inside is a little dim, but it added to the cozy atmosphere. :)I’d absolutely stay again next time I’m in Sedona and would recommend it to anyone!

The property was just like the pictures and the shared backyard was comfortable and peaceful. The front area was so enjoyable as I liked seeing the heartbeat of the people in the uptown area. I had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay and lived the very close proximity to all the great shopping and restaurants in the area. It’s a lovely place and Ben was helpful and responsive when needed

Perfect for a 4 day trip. Right in the heart of uptown Sedona and very walkable to majority of what the town has to offer. Easy to get to and park. Comfortable lodgings and easy to communicate. Highly recommend!

If you are considering, book it! Wonderful space which was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very stylish. You will be very close walking distance to uptown Sedona which is a huge plus. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay in this home; clean, well-equipped, quiet and, best of all: location! A couple of blocks from all the action of uptown Sedona. Designated parking so after our hikes we could park and easily walk to restaurants, shops, etc. We really enjoyed the space and conveniences.

Two safe and convenient parking spots. There were utensils in the kitchen that we used to eat in when we didn’t want to eat out (a big plus!). A/C was great and lots of hot water. Despite being in Uptown, the nights were quiet. The housekeeper (Joseline) was wonderful.

Great place to stay. Bigger space than I expected. Fun location in a neighborhood and short walk to food, etc. Comfortable bed and sofa to sleep on. Super easy key pad for entry and locking door. Fun outdoor front space to sit with coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

When I booked the photos did not do justice, the unit looked small, but I opened the door and the unit is spacious, furnished beautifully, location: a short block to stored and restaurants. We loved our stay.
