You will be delighted at every corner in this modern "Zen Luxury" Suite. Featuring a private deck with great views of the Airport Mesa and the red & slate ridgelines in the distance.

This is truly a central yet tucked away location in West Sedona close to all the best trails, shopping, and dining Sedona has to offer.

A sit/stand desk on the upper level near big windows offers the work-from-home location of your dreams.

The space is a split level with some stairs separating the two sections.
The upper level features a seating area with a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The futon converts to a Queen bed. Large windows reveal the epic red and slate ridgelines in the distance. With a sit/stand desk available. If this doesn't inspire and make you excited to work from home, nothing will.

The full bathroom in this space is sure to wow you with its gorgeous tile shower with a huge rain shower head and anti-fog ring lit mirror.

Downstairs you have a King-sized bed with hotel quality bedding, an Armoire for storage, and a dining area with kitchenette.

The kitchenette features a microwave, mini-fridge + freezer, coffee maker, and utensils.

You will get one parking space on the rocky part (right side) of the driveway.
Street parking is available for an additional car.

This is a central location in West Sedona while still being tucked away on a quiet road. You can actually walk to restaurants and shopping, however, a car is always recommended in Sedona. Most of the West Sedona hiking trails are and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive!

This Suite is attached to the main part of a house which has its own separate entrance/exit and outdoor area.
Must be 25 or older to book. ID is required prior to final confirmation .
Please take off your shoes when you enter the home.
No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property.
No unregistered overnight guests are allowed.
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm to 7am.
Please respect the check-out time of 10am.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please be mindful of children on the deck and top floor of the loft.

Clean guest house close to everything

The guest house was very clean and we loved how we could walk to many of the stores and restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Great cozy spot!

We had such a lovely time staying here that we extended for 2 extra days. Centrally located so we were able to ride our bikes to so many trailheads. And lots of food options. The house was very cozy and clean, a great place to crash after a long day of adventuring and heat!

Good location, plenty of places to eat close by, quiet neighborhood away from the busy part of Sedona. Many Trails to hike close by. Only downside was having to go up stairs in middle of the night to use bathroom.

Perfect location

My husband and I stayed at this precious cottage, very centrally located in the heart Sedona. Had everything we needed, was quiet even when there where guests in the main house. Owners were very communicative and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect unit for a short getaway

The location is excellent and the host was responsive to our needs. This is a unit with separate entrance attached to a house where the owner lives. We liked the setup very much as it gives you both privacy and immediate access to the host in case you need anything. The unit is roomy, clean and it has a little deck where you can eat, drink and relax - big plus.

Sedona Getaway

This modern, cleanly loft was just the perfect place to stay for our 5-night adventure in Sedona. Katie communicated excellently with us about check-in procedures and reminders. The neighborhood was close off the main drag (89A). My partner and I got engaged during this stay & we felt extremely comfortable and happy to “come home” each night. We could not have had a better experience and the next time we are in Sedona — we will absolutely stay here!

The place was immaculate, has everything you need that is listed. The full size washer and dyer are awesome. Fresh new VRBO property and well maintained. Close to everything!, Hiking, restaurants, and shopping! A must place to stay in Sedona! I would give a higher rating but VRBO only allows a 5, definetly a 10!

West Sedona

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it! The location was pretty close for many of the hiking trails and almost everything in West Sedona was within walking distance. The guest suite was very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable and the presence of a microwave and coffee machine was a plus. Also, the in-unit washer and dryer was another benefit.
