Ce plus récent, contemporain, design, maison verte est à quelques pas de la vague déferlante et le village de Stinson Beach. Venez à la plage et garez votre voiture pour la durée de votre séjour. Ralentir, marcher jusqu'à la plage, des restaurants et l'épicerie. En plus de l'emplacement idéal, cette exceptionnellement grand site est adjacent à un ruisseau et restauré l'habitat riverain natif de grenouilles occasionnels et truite arc en ciel dans la cour.

Le cƓur de la maison est la cuisine haut de gamme, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et informelle. Les caractĂ©ristiques comprennent: un Ă©vier bonus de lĂ©gumes avec multi-pur filtrĂ© l'eau, tous les appareils en acier inoxydable et de disposition facile de passage avec beaucoup de postes de travail. La salle Ă  manger ouvre sur deux patio et terrasse pour la vie extĂ©rieure transparente.

La maison a été construite avec les normes de conception universelle: niveau de l'accÚs; lavabo, baignoire, douche et toilettes tout discrÚtement conçus pour un accÚs en fauteuil roulant. Ainsi que d'un béton teinté, un seul niveau, rayonnante plancher chauffant partout.

Les trois chambres ont beaucoup de fonctionnalités, adaptées pour les couples ou une réunion de famille. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et douche double. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen avec salle de bain privée et porte néerlandaise à la Creek. TroisiÚme (enfants) chambre a 2 ensembles de lits superposés (jumeaux plus complÚte) un plafond cathédrale et salle de bains adjacente avec six pieds tub..Den a foyer au gaz, canapé-lit queen et lourd rideau de la vie privée. matelas supplémentaire, lits d'air, couettes et des draps pour les grands groupes.

Plus de faits saillants: inclus sur le Marin Green Home Tour 2007, six portes pour un accÚs facile en plein air, maison lumineuse et garage avec buanderie, spa extérieur et une douche et beaucoup de stationnement hors rue pour les clients!

Place was absolutely perfect for our purposes, with most folks flying in from the East Coast to stay before a wedding in Sausalito. The house was able to comfortably fit 13 adults and the grill and hot tub were great bonuses for the evenings at the house. The location is also great, close to the beach from two sides of the house and a five minute walk into town.

Great Stay!

Perfect property for a fun getaway with 2 families and teen boys.Loved the hot tub and all the different areas to unwind and relax. Kitchen was great too! Will definitely book again.

Amazing stay

The property is truly a wonderful oasis right next to the beach. The heat porch, hot tub, garden, and proximity to the ocean are just what you need for a beach vacation. My family stayed here during my wedding and it was just a relaxing and spacious space for us to reconnect. Thank you Don!

Perfect Home, Property and Location for Group of 11Everyone was so pleased with the features, layout, and indoor and outdoor accommodations for our large group. The home was well-designed and comfortable. Beds were great. The grounds were attractive and well kept. It was less than a 5-minute walk to magnificent Stinson Beach, and there are many nice hiking trails in this area. We had fun day trips to Point Reyes National Seashore, Muir Woods, Marshall, and Petaluma.The house listing was accurate, and Don was superb in providing timely response and assistance.I would love to return for another stay at this property.

Seriously amazing property. A once in a lifetime experience. We hosted our wedding reception here and our family and friends loved the home. Huge property and plenty of space. Street dead ends into the beach. Don was very friendly the entire process and even let my husband and I tour the property a few months before our stay to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for. No complaints what so ever! Best rental we have ever stayed in!

Spectacular!!

Our group of 16 adults and children all enjoyed The Coop tremendously! The property was exceptional, inside and out. Everyone had a comfy place to sleep, there were lots of cute spaces to hang out outside, the beach was nearby, and the house had everything we needed. Don was an especially kind and responsive host. Our entire group agreed that we would love to go back and stay at this house again in the future!

The property was wonderful. It was beautiful but very approachable. The outdoor living spaces were a garden of peace and tranquility. Ample seating for a seated dinner for 12. We had a private chef cook our birthday dinner and it was lovelier than any restaurant patio dining. Our host was super attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Just a delight all around. The location was ideal. The beach was a few steps from the backyard and the surf and kayak rental shop was just steps away. A short walk into town for pastries, ice cream and coffee. Looking forward to re-booking soon! A huge thank you to our hosts.

Amazing house right by the beach

The house is an amazing setup for a larger family and friends stay. Each room has access to their own bathroom and there is a lot of privacy. The house is well stocked and the outdoor space is fantastic. We appreciate how quickly the owner communications were too. I highly recommend this house for your beach stay!

Lovely Beach Side Comfortable Home

We were a family of 10 adults and four kids who thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious , well-appointed home in Stinson Beach. We were able to cook each of our three nights in the well equipped kitchen. Walking to the beach was simple due to the great location. The house has many nice amenities, such comfortable bed and very nice bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Beautiful May Trip to Stinson

We came for a wedding with 5 couples and the house was perfectly set up to accommodate our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and the entire house was clean. Everything in Stinson is just a few minutes walk away. Don was a very responsive host and was kind enough to ship some items we had forgotten at the house.

Beautiful home with lots of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable, large outdoor area for hanging out, close to the beach and walking distance to town. Really enjoyed our stay at The Coop.

Fabulous Stinson Beach House

Absolutely wonderful beach house at Stinson Beach! Lots of room for the entire family (we had a group of 6 adults and two granddaughters 6 and 3). Each couple had their own space and bathroom! The house was perfectly situated for a large group. Just a brief walk to the beach. Loved the hot tub and outdoor entertaining area. We even brought our dog. Don was a wonderful host and available if we had any questions. We will be back again :) Thank you Don for a perfect beach birthday celebration in your beautiful beach house!

Family get together

We gathered for almost a week at Don’s solar powered beach house to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday with our extended family and it was just the place for our group to spend that time. Beds were all very comfortable. Especially the pullout couches! They had memory foam! I slept on them all but one night and must say I woke up very well rested without any of the typical aches and pains from normal sofa beds. The kitchen was well stocked,

Best Place in Stinson

Wonderful home for a large family! Comfortable bed, lots of options. Sooo close to the beach, no need to use cars once there. Plenty of parking and TVs everywhere! The owner was so approachable and helpful! Loved our stay!!

Great family and dog friendly house

We all had such a great weekend at this beach house. It was well equipped and so spacious and convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Easy checkin, great communication, couldn't have been better!
