Nous offrons une maison de ville sur quatre niveaux à quelques pas en terrasse des eaux du lac Smith Mountain, idéale pour les amis ou la famille. Le niveau d'entrée a un plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon face à des doubles curseurs ouvrant sur le pont principal avec vue sur notre crique et la grande eau juste au-delà. Avec deux canapés pleins, une table à manger pouvant accueillir huit personnes et une cuisine prête pour la préparation des repas, la vie facile est à portée de main. Le deuxième étage a deux chambres spacieuses partageant une salle de bain complète. Chaque chambre a vue sur le lac avec la chambre principale bénéficiant d'un petit balcon juste à l'extérieur d'un salon isolé. Le loft au troisième étage surplombe également le lac via des puits de lumière, a une table de billard en ardoise pleine grandeur et divers jeux de société. Notre sous-sol a un canapé en coupe, une télévision grand écran avec X box et appareils Nintendo et des lits simples supplémentaires avec un bain à remous juste à l'extérieur.

Relaxing, great amenities, recommended

Great amenities with kayaks, hot tub, pool table and kids room with games and tv. Lovely main room and bedrooms, peaceful. Spacious deck overlooking lake was perfect for doing everything outside. Not many people staying nearby so no noise around the property.

There was plenty of room for everyone. Owner was very good to answer questions quickly and gave good recommendations for restaurants. Plenty of games to enjoy for all ages as well as a pool table. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a great experience here. The townhouse is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The view of the lake is lovely and we enjoyed hiking every day at the state park. Our kids had a blast and my 3 year old cried when we got home because he wanted to stay longer!

Our family, after years of considering a lake house, acted upon our dream in 2017 after discovering our future waterfront home at Saunders Point. Our adult children and their partners have always enjoyed outdoor activities on the water. So upon seeing this special place, all agreed that Shangri-la is where we need to be. -

Love all the space this property provides, and the large main deck with two tables and chairs, not to mention the lake views. The structural offset of 4 individual town homes gives it a private feel with the landscaping and terraced steps to the water an added plus.
