Our freshly updated top floor 3BR, 3BA Smith Mountain Lake waterfront condo has an extremely functional layout for a getaway or gathering with family and friends. Convenient elevator to take you to the third floor Penthouse.
The space is designed for comfort and offers luxury finishes throughout.
When you’re not taking in the panoramic water views a stunning sunrise or breathtaking sunset, there is a new Samsung Smart HDTV mounted in each bedroom and the great room.
The main level features an open floor plan with soaring ceilings and one-of-a-kind built ins in the great room. There is a generous dining space and a well-equipped new kitchen with stainless appliances, beverage cooler, stunning quartzite counters and imported tile backsplash. Sliding doors lead onto either a screened porch or spacious patio.
Two bedrooms (1 with King, 1 with Queen and bunk bed) and 2 full bathrooms (1 ensuite w/ tile shower, 1 hall with tub/shower) and a full size laundry center complete the layout.
There is an upstairs suite (King bed) with a sliding door to a balcony and ensuite bath (tub/shower). A charming bonus lounge space of the bedroom is equipped with Samsung Smart HDTV, 2 futons and a Murphy bed.
Added features; electric fireplace, chess/checker table, work area with desk, Keurig, hair dryers
Activities: swimming, fishing from floating docks.
Located in quiet private golf community with groceries, restaurants, ice cream, movies (Westlake Town Center) only 6 miles away.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect. The only issue we had was the freezer wasn't working.

Thank you for your input and review. We immediately had somebody take a look at the freezer. When he arrived to check, the freezer was working properly, (ice bin was full and temperature registered -1°) it’s possible the door may not have been fully closed, which can affect cooling. We’ll be adding a reminder for guests to ensure the freezer is properly shut to help prevent this in the future. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable. You’re always welcome back, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for spreading out. It was obvious that remodel updates had been done recently. We enjoyed time in the lake and when we reached out about the unit only having 2 beach towels, the owners promptly replied they had ordered more to be delivered to the unit during our stay. If we have opportunity to return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Stay was great, location was perfect and home is beautiful. Only draw back was we didn’t know we needed to drive our garbage ( in our brand new car) a few miles away to dispose of when leaving. We left early and place was closed so we traveled further with it to find a dumpster at a gas station. Other than that the stay was perfect and Patty is wonderful.

I understand it was frustrating to find the trash center closed early in the morning, and I appreciate you taking the time to dispose of the garbage elsewhere. The check-out instructions — including trash disposal details are outlined in the handbook placed on the coffee table. Family gathering

The condo was spacious and well-equipped. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bath, two en suite and the third across the hall. The information binder was very helpful and the hosts were friendly and willing to answer questions before and during our stay. A boat rental is a short drive away and I recommend a “boat day” visiting the inlets along the lake. A large grocery store is also only a 10-minute drive.
