Un refuge de montagne proche de l'action, mais suffisamment éloigné de celui-ci.

Je suis ravi de pouvoir enfin mettre cette maison sur la liste de VRBO. The Mountain Retreat est situé sur un acre de terrain boisé, avec un mélange idéal d'intimité et de proximité de tous les sites touristiques de Colorado Springs. La maison offre une vue magnifique sur le col Ute et les montagnes environnantes. Sortez par la porte d'entrée ou enroulez-vous sur le pont, et la belle nature pour laquelle le Colorado est connu est présente. Colibris, cerfs, renards et ours noirs pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns.

La maison est grande et spacieuse, avec des plafonds voûtés et beaucoup d'espace pour les amis et la famille.

Il y a 2 espaces de vie séparés dans la maison. Le sous-sol a sa propre cuisine et salon, avec 2 chambres supplémentaires. Il y a 2 places de stationnement dans le garage ainsi que 2 places de stationnement dans l'allée. La maison est également livré avec Wifi haut débit et câble. Les autres commodités comprennent et un hamac de porche. Sur le pont Wrap Around, il y a un barbecue au propane et de nombreuses places à l'extérieur pour les barbecues ou les dîners. Comme mentionné précédemment, j'ai acheté un tout nouveau spa 6 personnes avec éclairage d'ambiance à DEL et fonctions aquatiques.

The place was very clean! The host was very nice, respectful, helpful, and very responsive. It was really nice having an open line of communication with a host. You don't really get that type of service. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and was able to get us anything else we requested. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, from essentials to cleaning supplies. I truly appreciate everything he did to make this trip so special for us.Thank you so much for being such an amazing host!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property, and both times it was perfect. Communication is fast. Checking in and out is simple. The house is huge with absolutely beautiful views. We have 2 more visits to C. Springs in the future and are hoping that this property is available so we can stay here again.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights at Christmas, and it was the perfect setting for our family. We had 5 adults and 4 kids for the stay. There was plenty of room for all (1 family had the whole downstairs to play in). It was supplied with all that we needed. The host was very quick in response to all my questions, and even put up a Christmas tree so we could really celebrate the holiday. Close to North Pole/Santa's Workshop, Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and shopping. Some of the adults hiked the trail that was across the road, and got some beautiful views of Pike's Peak. The rest of us just hung around enjoying the deck and view.

Gorgeous mountain views and very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! The location was excellent. We enjoyed many evenings and mornings sitting on the deck!

Great mountain property near Colorado Springs

Great property. Definitely a mountain property so no trails or hiking available at the location but a great place to stay in the Colorado Springs area.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. The Mount Esther trail, aka RTP trail head is about a quarter of a mile to the east on mountain road from the house. It is only a 5 minute walk from the house.

Memorial Weekend

This house is very family friendly. My 7 month old had plenty of room to crawl around and it was very baby safe. My 5 year old loved how she could go outside on the deck and watch for wildlife and go walking in the woods. Very comfortable stay and beautiful views. Very easy to get to just about anywhere. We would definintly stay here again.

We had a great stay. Beautiful views from the wrap around deck, we loved hanging out there. Enjoyed seeing all the different birds and deer. Great place for our family reunion/vacation. Convenient location to get to various attractions and to Woodland Park and Manitou Springs. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and bedding. 2 kitchens which came in handy. Hot tub was perfect. Communication with Mr. Laggart was great, very quick and responsive. We recommend staying here.

Great view lots of room

We stayed with 12 family members total. Everyone loved the gouse and views. Close to fishing for some and city for others.I will say its bot a 5 star resort...dont expect that. We loved it though!

Beautiful Property, Incredible Views

The home was great for the two of us and would be absolutely perfect for large groups. The views are stunning, the hot tub is a fantastic bonus and the garage is great. The bed was comfy, and the couch was great for relaxing. Super easy check in and check out.

This place should be your first choice

Absolutely loved the house, the view, and the quiet coziness you get for the price. Its nestled near Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, The cave settlements, and the Cave tour where you can visit the location, tire yourself out then in less than 10 mins be back at the house to take a nap to recharge. Just be mindful driving through the neighborhood there was a lot of deer roaming in the area.

Mountain retreat

We enjoyed the house it was very spacious and plenty of room for our big group. The road is very curvy and the driveway is downhill with 3 vehicles was a bit of a challenge at first but we figured it out. The views from the back deck were beautiful.

Colorado Springs stay over

Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable beds, open floor plan makes it really nice for hanging out together, large kitchen, laundry facilities were great, hot tub clean, and barbeque grill! Nice view of the mountains off the deck. Spent many mornings and evenings on the deck!

Great vrbo

Love the spaciousness of home. It was perfect for our family. Enjoyed the wildlfe. 3 deer were busy eating and resting just below the deck every day. And the beautiful birds came to the bird feeder everyday. Would definitely stay again.
