Cette belle maison de style victorien du début du siÚcle est le refuge idéal pour les vacances en famille, les mariages, les enterrements de vie de célibataire ou de célibataire. Cette maison pourra accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 15 personnes. Il est littéralement à deux pas de la plage et de la promenade. Ce n'est que 4 maisons plus loin!

Family Gathering-great stay

We so enjoyed our stay here! The street was great, the house had wonderful porches with views of the ocean, the kitchen was spacious and our group of 13 were very comfortable.

Great location and large house!

Overall, the home was beautiful and in a great location. Views of the ocean were spectacular. The property owner is very responsive. We had a wonderful time and would rent again.

Great location for Christmas gathering

Plenty of space and bedrooms to spread out and large dining area for everyone to gather. Large usable, updated, decently equipped kitchen. Could use one or two new saute/fry pans. Older house with its charm and quirks.

Very Nice Family Holiday Vacation

Great place to have the entire family fly in to be together for Christmas. The owner was wonderful and had the home decorated for Christmas with a tree and lights which made us all feel at home along with adding electric fireplace due to the wood burning fireplace not being functional. We were able to start new memories with all siblings being together which made it easier with the lost of our loved ones this pass year.

Wonderful stay in AC- perfect for bachelorette weekend

We booked this beautiful home for a bachelorette weekend. The home was roomy, well equipped, and exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable, the dining room table is big enough for 14! There were plenty of beach chairs and the location
 amazing. 4 house from direct beach access. It was a quieter area inside AC tourism district- close enough to go to the casinos for fun but also have a peaceful walk on the boardwalk. It didn’t hurt that the weather was amazing and we took advantage of the beautiful wrap around porches. We would recommend this house for other big groups. Special thanks to Louie who helped us figure out the a/c. Thanks Sandy for an incredible weekend.

Great location

There was a problem with the dishwasher that was fixed 1 day before our last day. The maintenance guy said he fixed it but did not. Finally called the owner who replaced it. However for most of the week we had do the dishes manually.

Great Host and Fun Property

A great place for a birthday gathering. There’s so much room and the game room was a hit. You HAVE to be careful about the parking but it’s a wonderful space. The owner Sandy is really great and this is our second year renting one of her properties. She has stellar linen service available and she is very committed to her guests having a good time. Worth the price. You can go out or never leave and have just as good of a time!

Perfect for large gatherings

Spent a weekend at this property and it was perfect. There were 10 of is and there was tons of space. Everything was clean, location was great and sandy was extremely accommodating. Everyone raved about the house and we will definitely be back. It’s perfect for large gatherings

Golf/Gambling Weekend

Place was pretty perfect. Big place, with lots of good beds, nice bathrooms, great game room space, huge kitchen with everything you need, and 4 outdoor spaces (all with ocean views). Fifty yard walk to the boardwalk. Quick walk up the boards to the casinos. Very responsive, helpful owner. It's a great place, will look to rent it again for our next trip.

Americana... By the Sea was our family beach house for many years. We now live in the area full time and continue to maintain this house as if we still occupy it.

We are both retired school administrators who served in the public schools of Philadelphia and the surrounding suburban districts for many years. Upon retirement in 2009, we decided to make the Jersey Shore our permanent home – and never regretted the decision.
While retired from the educational community, we are now deep into our second careers. Matt serves as Retirement Counselor for an investment firm. Sandy has created “Sandyland Properties” and is busy acquiring and renovating properties for rental. Sandyland Properties specializes in making accommodations for those interested in short term stays in Atlantic City and has already earned high marks. The original home, Americana
By the Sea was purchased by us in 2003 and served as our family beach house for many years. It was a wonderful get-away from the hustle and bustle of city life in the Philadelphia area. Since 2009 we have opened this home as well as the Grand Belle
By the Sea, Delancy Place and 2 beautifully appointed apartments for guests from all over the world to enjoy. We still live in the area and continue to maintain the houses as if we occupy them ourselves!

We have had a lot of fun collecting bits of Atlantic City nostalgia throughout the years and it can be seen in each of these houses in unique and attractive ways. Original prints from the very early days of Atlantic City’s history can be seen throughout the homes. An original 1920’s Rolling Chair looks out at unbelievable Ocean and Boardwalk views and Miss America memorabilia are just some of the features that are found homes at Americana
By the Sea. The Grand Belle boasts an original Bathhouse from the turn of the Century which has been lovingly restored. Delancy Place, one of the more recently built homes (1920), is a favorite for Bachelor and Bachelorette parties with a large regulation size pool table and a Speakeasy feel that cannot be denied!

Our guests at these beautifully restored homes are truly treated as "guests in our own home". As we did for so many years, we want them to also enjoy the beauty and tranquility of our southern New Jersey beaches and the many entertainment opportunities that Atlantic City has to offer.
