 Ce complexe est situĂ© dans la baie de Santa Rosa et comprend une plage, une jetĂ©e de pĂȘche privĂ©e, une piscine et une cabane avec aire de pique-nique et grillades. La plage du golfe est Ă  quelques pas de la rue.

Nos choses préférées sur le condo:
La piscine, proche (distance de marche) du Gulf Shores National Seashore. Belle pelouse et aménagement paysager. Couchers de soleil sur le port

The Place was clean, functional, and comfortable. Of course in a ground floor condo, you'll have overhead neighbors. The pier and sound were super fun, bbq grills were clean and serviceable. Pool water was clean and relaxing. Environment was neighborly. Would like to book place again soon.

Overall nice stay. Location on the grounds is excellent, right by the pool and quick walk to the pier and gazebo. They are nice enough to provide a few beach toys, flippers and and small raft (was missing the oars though).37A beach access is pretty close, walkable for us, though maybe not for some others. It's the last public access before the Natl Seashore, and was pretty quiet for a Saturday/Sunday (and 37A has a bonus of no stairs over the dunes, it's a short level boardwalk). Also the host was nice enough to allow us early access as we unexpectedly arrive on Airshow day and we were afraid we would have trouble getting to the grounds closer to official check in time. It does seem to be an older unit that is starting to show some wear (think chipped floor tiles), and the bathroom could really use a fresh coat of paint. If you can overlook that, good value for a short stay.

Perfect spot!

We have stayed at quite a few places in Navarre, but this was our first time staying on the sound side. This condo is super cute! We picked this particular unit because it has a king size bed and then the pull out so it was perfect for our family of 4. We received the check in instructions in plenty of time of our arrival. Any questions I had, Beth responded almost immediately. The unit is exactly as it looks online. The king bed was super comfy. Plenty of pillows and blankets to make up the sofa bed. All your basic kitchen cooking necessities. Only thing we needed to run back out for was salt and pepper and a sponge. The dishwasher is mini and while we brought pods from home, the owner had a bunch in the kitchen to use as well. Lots of hooks around the unit to hang damp towels and suits. There were even games for rainy days. Everything was well thought out by the owners. The property itself is quiet and clean and well maintained. My kids loved swimming in the sound in the evenings. We had a lovely time!

Very relaxing

Great little spot. Wake up to the ocean breeze, the bay is out back and the beach is a 5 min walk. If your looking for relaxing and de-stress from life this is your spot.

Beautiful location, clean property. Anytime I had any questions Beth was always very quick to respond! Loved being on the first floor. Easy access to pool, sound side, gazabo with grills and a pier! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Location, Great Communication

The property is very well located and nicely furnished for a fun getaway after Navarre Beach, or Opal Beach, or a beach road drive to Pensacola. Stayed there over a holiday weekend with the family and everyone loved the convenience and amenities. Highly recommend if you're visiting Navarre!

Nice but could have been better.

Owner was very nice. The place smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as we got there. Had only 1 towel per persons for the week. One bed was missing sheets when we checked in but was fixed quickly. Very basic supplies. No hand towels or rags for Kitchen. Close to the beach. Nice complex.

Happy little get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Clean sheets, comfy pillows, kuerig coffee maker and a waterheater that was magical after long days on the beach or on adventures. The pool was right outside the back door! My son said he didn't like it, he loved it! And that's saying something coming from a finicky 8 yr old. Beth was very quick with responses, but to be honest, I only had to contact her before our trip and at check out. We had no issues while we were there.

We vacationed in Navarre Beach for spring break in 2018. Fell in love with this area and looked at condos while there. The rest is history! We discover something new every time we visit!

This location offers so many amenities. You will not find many places with lush green grass, an amazing pool and fishing pier right outside your door. Not to mention a KING BED and Walk out Patio!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love getting to know our renters and love building lasting friendships. We love this location as it is a quiet area, yet close to both the beach on the sound and the gulf. Not too far from the pier in town and only about a 30 min drive to Pensacola or Destin if a faster paced area is what you are looking for.

Pool just outside your slider door, lush green grass throughout property, beach on the Santa Rosa Sound and Beach on the Gulf (just two blocks away), gazebo with grills and private fishing pier.
