It is a beautiful property that was stocked with everything one needs for a weekend at the lake. The kids and adults had a great time fishing and swimming off of the dock and we were able to dock our boat there for easy access. We would love to stay there again on our next weekend at Grand Lake.

Our stay was fantastic. Plenty of room for 7 of us, the house was excellent, dock was excellent and the views incredible. Mike was fantastic in answering any and all questions, he and his family went out of their way to return clothing left behind. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, peaceful location

This gated community is impressive. My family felt very safe and enjoyed the offerings in the area. House is very big and the owner was very good to work with.

Duck Creek stay

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice property and the deer watching. The large kitchen and covered decks were great for our family activities. The large dock was occupied a lot for swimming and good bass fishing. The steps to the dock got easier with each pass. The owner was very accommodating.

Enjoyable

The sunset were great. Sit on the balcony and eat dinner. The sun would set right in front of you. The wild life was fun to watch. The house was so welcoming. Had a wonderful time

The best place to stay. My family and I had an amazing time, the view from the house it’s perfect 😍

Amazing, you feel like you are in your own house, it’s super clean and comfy and it looks 10 times better in person than the pictures because everything it’s way better In person that you will not regret re tong this beautiful house. The owner Mike it’s super nice and I just love how our check in/out was super easy and fast. This house is definitely a 5 star ⭐

We had 15 people for a family reunion and it's a great location for access to Arrowhead and Cherokee, gas, food, and Dripping Springs!

Recommended!

Perfect for a larger group. We had two families stay and didn’t even use all the space available. Plenty of bathrooms and great layout. It has an amazing view of the lake and the doc was perfect for relaxing and swimming. Mike was a great host. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Grand Lake.

Great Vacation Spot

The house was wonderful. Picture do not do it justice. It’s much larger than the pics make it look. It was perfect for our group of 13. Mike and Glenda were so nice and helpful too.

Great property

The house was nice and clean. Very roomy. The bedrooms are spaced out great (including separate apartment), allowing for excellent privacy for larger groups. A bathroom for each of the five bedrooms was a plus. Located in The Coves, a nice upscale neighborhood. Perfect location on south Duck Creek with quick access to the main lake.. Mike was very accommodating. Deer and foxes galore. Would certainly recommend and will probably pick this spot again.

Great views of lake

We had great views of the lake and lots of deer sightings. Two bedrooms with bathrooms on the first floor and balcony were a plus for staying with people who might have trouble navigating stairs. Mike was friendly, and made sure that any questions were answered timely both before and on arrival. It was the perfect spot for a long fall weekend with family.

What a great place for family!

Our large group had an absolutely amazing experience at Mike’s home. The pictures don’t really convey the size and beauty of this location. The kids had such a great time in the water! Mike was an excellent host and we can’t wait to plan next year’s trip!

Our stay at this great home was fantastic. It had everything we needed and more. Mike and Glenda are great hosts and even notified us of roadwork in the area. This is truly a vacationer’s paradise. Thanks for a great getaway for our family!

All about the water

The dock is great for swimming, fishing and lounging. We rented a boat from a nearby marina and could tie up to the dock to pick up the crew. Space in the house suited our large group perfectly with an open area upstairs and plenty of bathrooms. This was our second stay at this property and we recommend it!

A grand time on Grand Lake!

This house fit our family of 6 adults and 6 kids (age 10 and under) perfectly. The kitchen functioned wonderfully and we loved sitting out on the deck. Comfy bedrooms and upscale bathrooms. The boat dock was excellent for swimming. The house was clean and extremely welll provisioned with plenty of everything you’d expect in 5 star accommodations. The only thing I didn’t love were the 68 steps from the boat dock to the lower level of the house.

Weekend Getaway

This was our first visit to Grand Lake and we really enjoyed it. The house was great, spacious and well equipped. The deck off the back of the house and the dock were both great places to hang out. The gated community (Coves) where the house is located is very nice and includes access to the golf course, tennis courts, etc.
