Cette maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain est parfaite pour 2 familles. Belle grande piscine d'eau salée et spa avec une énorme étape couverte de Malibu, parfaite pour les petits enfants. L'aménagement paysager comprend une cascade de rochers et une plate-forme de sièges en hauteur pour profiter de la vue sur le lac. Master a un lit king, 2ème chambre a un lit queen, 3ème chambre a 2 lits doubles. La Casita a un futon pleine grandeur et une salle de bain complète. Idéal pour se divertir ou beaucoup d'espace pour que tout le monde se détende. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat LED, d'une télévision directe et d'une connexion Wi-Fi. Cuisine ouverte avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir. Assis pour 8 à la table de la salle à manger. Barbecue et de nombreux sièges sur le patio. Le garage pour 2 voitures et 31 ’du garage pour VR sont disponibles pour le stationnement.

Mason's 21st family celebration

The pool at this house was stunning! We spent all of our time enjoying the back yard. There were 10 of us staying at the house and there was ample room for sleeping and meals. We would stay again.

Property not clean

House was dirty, ( I have pictures to prove this). Swing in front of house not useable. 4 TV’s 2 worked. Casita not clean, they came to fix smoke alarm, plus one in main house. We were accused of damaging furniture (how awful ) I have pictures of that also. To rent the property please have agent with you at check in. I found sink stained, bleach cleaned that. Not enough space to say about this terrible experience.

Great property

We went for a weekend. I did not realize that one bedroom / bathroom was a guest house. The house was very clean. My wife informed me that when she spilled some water on the kitchen fllor and wiped it, she said there was not any residues. This is due to us being Asian. We do not wear our shoes inside of the house. We had issues with shower, where guest house bathtub and hallway bathtub, the water flow switch at the faucet were not working well, where more water was flowing at the faucet than the shower. I reported this issue on Friday night, and Nadine dispatched the handyman the very next morning to fix them. We were extremely happy. The pool was much larger than the regular sized pool that we would usually see in the backyard. Most of all, my three-year old boy loved the shallow portion of the pool. He stayed in the pool for about 7-hour straight! I would highly recommend it if there is 3-5 year old kids. We would definitely love to come back here!

It was a great property. We spend the weekend with our family and my in-laws. We all enjoyed having enough space in the kitchen to cook, was perfect for everyone. It was a total of 10 adults.

Perfect House for large group

This house was perfect for our family, plenty of room for everyone to move around without bumping into each other. The backyard is beautiful and the pool was great for everyone to hangout in. The driveway was to steep to get our boat up but there was parking out front for it. Nadine is a great host, responded quickly each time I messaged her. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, and roomy

This trip was a celebration of my son’s 21st birthday, and we had the maximum number of guests in ages ranging from 21 to 56. Not everyone knew each other before the trip though we’re all friends now! Some rentals squeeze in furniture and beds until you can’t walk through a room, but this home was roomy and very comfortable, allowing guests to still feel a sense of personal space even at maximum capacity. It was very clean, and the pool/yard was beautiful. I look forward to staying here again!

Great stay

The pool was amazing for our group. Spent every morning/afternoon at the lake and was able to continue to relax in the evenings at the pool. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was clean and very accessible for the dinners we made.

Great time!!

We had such a great time in this home. We spent most of the time outside in the large saltwater pool. The house had plenty of room for the whole family. I took a chair to the top landing and every morning sat out there and enjoyed my coffee and the great view. Will definitely be back.

Fun in the Sun

We had a great time in Lake Havasu. I can't tell you how much fun we had. Spent most of the day on the lake and the rest in the beautiful salt water pool. The kids had a blast. Plenty of room to sleep everyone, as the whole family came. I will be renting this home again on our next trip.

The house was great, had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone to live comfortably and not be stepping on each others toes. The Salt Water pool was a bonus, no chlorine!! When we weren't on the lake we were in the pool. Having the Casita next to the pool was awesome for the bathroom trips. The small platform up top gave us a view of the lake while enjoying our coffee. The driveway is a little steep however I did get my boat in the RV garage and out of the heavy winds. I will definately be back for our next family outing. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Got away from it alll!!!

This house was a little bigger than we needed, however, it was reasonably priced so we thought we would try it. Loved it!! The house was comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We spent more time in the saltwater pool than we did the lake. My 22' boat fit perfectly in the RV garage. The driveway is somewhat steep but if you know what you are doing you can park it in a short amount of time. We moved 2 patio chairs to the upper platform deck and enjoyed our coffee watching the sunrise and sunsets, BEAUTIFUL!! I would suggest putting a small table and chairs on the platform. The property manager, Nadine, was awesome, answered every question we had and made the whole renting experience easy. We would for sure rent this home again...
