Réservez notre maison pour l'obtention du diplôme et profitez de vacances dans la vieille ville historique du Colorado pendant que vous êtes ici! Grande vie en plein air. Quelques attractions locales: l'hôtel Broadmoor, Red Rock Canyon, le parcours de golf Patty Jewett, Old Colorado City et le centre-ville de Colorado Springs.

Il est situé à distance de marche des commerces, bars, restaurants, randonnées, VTT et de nombreuses attractions touristiques situées sur le côté ouest de Beautiful Colorado Springs. Nous avons une maison super propre et rénovée avec des vues spectaculaires sur les contreforts, Pikes Peak et le jardin des dieux.

Il y a un patio extérieur ensoleillé et lumineux pour visiter et profiter de notre beau temps et 320 jours de soleil par an. Il y a un patio couvert ombragé à l'arrière de la maison, juste à côté de la cuisine où vous pouvez faire griller un steak, allumer un feu rugissant dans le foyer extérieur ou simplement vous asseoir, vous détendre et visiter. Nous avons une table de ping-pong et des stands de fer à cheval.

Il y a 3 chambres situées au niveau principal, la suite principale a sa propre salle de bain attenante privée et un lit queen. Une autre chambre a un lit queen et l'autre a 2 lits jumeaux. Il y a une salle de bain complète juste en face du couloir. Il y a une "ambiance" moderne rétro du milieu du siècle dans le salon et la cuisine lumineux et ouvert avec une cheminée à bois.

Le sous-sol a un wet-bar, une télévision grand écran, une table de ping-pong, une table à cartes et une 4ème chambre avec un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux, parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants à «superposer» ensemble. Il y a une belle grande salle de bain rénovée avec une grande douche.

Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, et il y a aussi beaucoup de stationnement!

La maison est située en hauteur et sur une colline et est située dans l'une des plus belles rues de la vieille ville du Colorado.

C'est un trajet panoramique de 45 minutes jusqu'à Cripple Creek, parcourez 50 mils plus à l'ouest sur certains des plus beaux cols du Colorado et vous êtes, et vous arriverez dans le comté de Summit. Les villes de ski de Brekcenridge, Keystone, Frisco, Dillon et Copper Mountain sont d'excellents endroits pour skier en hiver et profiter de l'hospitalité et de la sérénité des montagnes qui abondent.

L'amphithéâtre Red Rocks et le concert Fiddler's Green sont à Denver, à proximité, et accueillent certains des meilleurs musiciens du monde.

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful mountain views from the front yard! We ate a meal on the table out front one evening. We had fun watching a deer hang out in the back yard.

Great location - close to excellent coffee, fun restaurants, and the most spectacular views. We enjoyed sitting outside both in the front and the backyard- plenty of seating, easy to bbq and watch hockey on the big tv! House was very clean, beds comfortable and the best hot water and shower pressure ever! Nancy is a lovely host and we hope to come back!

We wanted to stay another week!Space for family to hang but also space to spread out and look at the mountains, finished each night in the hot tub star gazing, location was amazing to all attractions, can’t say enough good things.

House was well equipped and clean, the internet was down but the host tried to get it fixed, appeared to be the provider had an issue, the location was great for our purposes (wedding at the Garden of Gods) and access to the downtown area was great! Seeing the mule deer in the yards was very cool too! Communication with the host was excellent!

Family Vacation

We had a great trip with our extended family. The hot tub was amazing, the location is perfect for everything we did with our family. We could walk to a coffee shop and ice cream!

We loved this cozy home for our family stay! Everyone enjoyed all the property had to offer. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. Our grown kids enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace outback while watching football, as well as playing a late night game of ping pong. Nancy was a great host and very responsive and accommodating!

Al and Nancy have been hosting short-term rental guests for about 15 years. They have also hosted guests at their Breckenridge home in the past. They have a huge family with 8 adult children, their spouses, 18 grandchildren, and one great-grandson, so they know what it means to create a home that works for real people gathering together.

Al is a former Air Force Academy boxing coach and Air Force retiree. Nancy is a longtime real estate investor and licensed real estate professional. They live very nearby, genuinely enjoy meeting visitors from all over the world, and are happy to help if anything comes up during your stay.

If the timing is right and you’d enjoy it, they’re always glad to say hello in person too.
