Ce condo studio Sun-Suite a une disposition ouverte et dispose de carrelage, cuisine complète, table de bistrot pour deux, balcon avant golf privé, coin salon avec 40 "TV à écran plat, canapé-lit confortable, lit queen et salle de bain complète. Il a une vue magnifique sur la plage depuis le 7ème étage du bâtiment.

Situé dans le complexe privé 5 Gulf Plantation Dunes Plantation (Dunes Plantation) a nouvellement construit une piscine intérieure d'eau salée, salle de fitness et le restaurant Sassy Bass au 1er étage, grande piscine extérieure, et plusieurs bains à remous.

Gulf Shores Plantation dispose de 6 piscines extérieures, bains à remous, 7 courts de tennis, basket-ball, shuffleboard, fers à cheval, putting green, des espaces de grillades en plein air, et l'accès de la promenade aux superbes plages de l'Alabama! Great getaway!

Second time staying! Love this condo! Great communication and easy check-in. Cozy and all you could need for a relaxing stay. Beautiful view from the balcony and right on the beach. Giant indoor pool. Another awesome stay!

Great little place

This was perfect for my one person vacation. The views from the condo were terrific. The unit was very comfortable and I never felt cramped, despite there being no bedroom. Kind, responsive property manager. I would gladly return, in fact, I hope to.

This place is a gem!

Wonderful mother/daughter trip! This place has all you need for a relaxing beach stay. Beach was beautiful. We had the indoor pool all to ourselves a couple of times. Used the common area laundry room mid trip and it was a breeze. It was great to stay at a complex where you don’t have to wait for elevators. Nice to have a restaurant on site. James was very prompt with communication. I definitely want to plan another stay here!

Cute little place

We really enjoyed this condo. Everything was as described. Perfect for 2 adults! Bed was comfortable and we loved the balcony! The only negative was not the room itself but the only elevator was at the front of the building so you have to walk down a long, long hallway to get to the elevator and then go back the opposite way to get to the beach. We just said oh well we need the exercise after eating all that good food everyday. lol Communication with the host was great! Than you so much for a great week!

Great location, could use some repairs.

Great location but condo needs some upgrades and repairs. The entry door needs replacing, several broken floor tiles especially around the toilet. Microwave has paint peeling off inside. Couch is very uncomfortable to sit on. Everything else was fine. Could use a bigger TV but that is just a preference.

The location is excellent for a quiet stay and a beautiful view of the beach. We had everything we would need while staying for 5 nights which was great.James was great with immediately responding to any communications and provided all the check in details in advance.If you are looking for a simple, very affordable spot with direct beach access, this is it.

Modest studio; gorgeous view

The studio was no frills and met our needs. Well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. The view from the small balcony can't be beat. We saw dolphins each of the four mornings we were visiting, and it was perfect for morning coffee. The studio's TV offers Roku streaming. The on-site laundry facility is a nice feature and has six or seven washers and dryers. I enjoyed perusing and adding to the books in the large lobby library. Zack, who provided the chair and umbrella service on the beach, was very helpful and polite. The Sassy Bass restaurant downstairs now has a covered outdoor eating area and bar that aren't shown in the photos. The Kiva golf course is within walking distance. Suggestions for upgrading or adding to the studio are the toilet paper quality to double-ply, new bed comforter and pillows, and a drying rack for wet swimwear. James was always prompt in his online replies, and I recommend his studio for your visit.

First time vacation to Fort Morgan beach.

My wife and I loved our time staying here. The check in was very easy .The condo was just as advertised. Beautiful view and close to the beach. The only thing was it could use a few updates but over all very nice.

Alright for the price. Enjoyed being close to the beach.

Just the right size for 2 to 3 people. However it would have been nice to have a few more bath towels. We brought beach towels but only had access to 3 bath towels for 3 nights for 2 people. The countertop by the door was loose and we kept snagging our clothes or whatever we had in our arms as we came into the door. It would have been nice to have a map of the property... the indoor pool was deceiving with the location of it. The air freshener by the kitchen sink was an overwhelming scent like it was trying to cover up something. Honestly it sounds like I'm complaining, however I just wanted to mention these things so they may be addressed for the future.

Hi Megan, thanks for your review. I would have been happy to send my handyman over to fix the counter top if I had heard from you during your stay. There are supposed to be 4 bath towels, so I would have been happy to get you another towel as well if I knew about it. Sorry you didn't like the fragrance of the air fresheners by the kitchen sink. You may have noticed the trash can is under the kitchen sink and that's why I like air fresheners there. I like the idea of a property map because there are so many amenities spread out over a large area not just all the ones located in the building. Maybe you'll be able to come stay again soon. Thanks again!

Ocean view. Clean room. Pools were awesome. AC broke one day but the owner was on it and had it repaired next day. Cute restaurant downstairs fixing great breakfasts and drinks. It was an amazing property!!!

For the price and just 2 adults it was a great place to stay.

The bed was just a full size bed AND you definitely need to bring a mattress topper .... the mattress was extra firm! Loved the view of the beach from the balcony, the short walk to the beach and pool, the Sassy Bass restaurant was very good and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful, inside and out!

Gulf Shores, party of 3

We were pleased with our stay. The condo was a little tight for 2 adults and a teenager, but we weren't in the room much, so it was fine for our needs. I would recommend new sheets, because the bottom sheet on the bed was worn and piling which wasn't all that comfortable. That'd be my only complaint. The balcony view of the ocean was a wonderful way to start and end each day.
