Clean room…great communication with the host, we was there right after hurricane Isaias ….If you are a light sleeper beware the ac is a little noisy but I did get used to it…We will return to the condo…

The studio was very clean and well maintained. The Pools were well kept, enjoyed all three. The Property was convenient to all restaurants and shopping. Loved the short walkway to the beach!!!! The Host were FABULOUS, they were available to assist with any questions and responded promptly! I would definitely book with them again in the future!!

I think the bathroom wall needs to be fixed. And an updated TV would be nice so you can watch apps at night time when you’re in the room and the dumpster below our balcony but other than that, it was a really nice stay.

Communication with host could use some improvement. They dont always respond to text promptly. Informed them of a gnat/fruit fly infestation in condo, and only got a message saying they would check with maintenance, therefore the issue was never resolved. Otherwise very basic accommodations. Cable TV , but would of loved a smart TV to use for movie streaming. Great location, close to bike trails which we love

First time ever using VRBO. Small older studio apartment. Did have washer and dryer. Needs to replace tub with walk in shower but all in all served its purpose
