TrÚs bien situé et bon rapport qualité-prix dans cet appartement récemment décoré de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. Unité au rez-de-chaussée confortable et bien aménagée dans un 4 plex, idéalement située dans le centre-ville, avec accÚs direct au sentier Katy.
Une unité confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes (1 lit king, 1 lit queen + matelas pneumatique de qualité supérieure pour les invités supplémentaires). Cuisine équipée avec café gratuit, 1 place de parking assignée (beaucoup de stationnement gratuit dans la rue disponible aussi), espace patio privé pour se détendre et toutes les commodités nécessaires prévues pour un séjour agréable à Dallas.

This place was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay. We came for a cheer comp for my daughters and it was very convenient to all we needed to get to. Loved the access to the nature trail out back as well!

Wonderful place. Close to fantastic food and Dallas area activities. Katy Trail access and off street parking a plus. Home was super clean and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms perfect. Tiny kitchen not the best for cooking. Enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent location to SMU

This property was perfect for my family as we moved my son in to SMU. Area great for walking. Backs up to a walking and bike trail. Wonderful restaurants driving or walking distance. Property managers were responsive when we could not get in initially. I would stay here again.

Holiday Visiting family

This property is very nice and great location. We have two dogs and having the Katy Trail at our back door was Awesome. When we encountered a problem, the property manager responded immediately and attended to the situation. We would definitely rent this unit again! Thank you!

A little rough at first, but made right!

When we arrived the A/C was not functioning, but it was fixed shortly. There are 2 real beds and an air mattress.

Very clean and well appointed, but ...

The place was immaculate and the beds were comfortable but there was no deadbolt on the front door, the side door or the sliding door. I didn't feel very safe. Also, as this is a first floor apartment in the back of the building (facing the parking lot) we couldn't raise the curtains.There was no safe, so we couldn't leave our passports or jewelry in the apartment and had to take them with us every day.There wasn't a bath stopper so baths weren't possible either.On the plus side, there was coffee (for which we were grateful) and lots of dishes and towels. I think with a few additions - like deadbolts and a bit of security - this would be a much more safer place to stay.

Cute place but heater was broken so we were really cold all stay

Place was nice and clean and the location was great as it backs onto the Katy trail. The only down sides were there is absolutely no view, living room windows look out onto the side driveway and fence and people walk by to get to the other units so you don't feel like leaving windows open. Patio is just a concrete patio with no planters or anything inviting. The central heat was broken our entire stay and it got really chilly. I told the property manager when I saw her there but absolutely nothing was done about it so we suffered through.

Great location for Dallas trip

The location is perfect! We were visiting for the Cowboys game. A morning walk on the Katy trail is a great way to start the day. There are many restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Great Location!

Loved the direct access to Katy Trail. Also a stone's throw away from very walk able Knox-Henderson with shopping and dining. Property was very nice; the off street parking a 5-star amenity. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
