10/10!! Exactly as advertised! WAYYYY better than a hotel. If you're looking for a place to stay, stop. This is the one. Heart of town, close to tons of attractions. Couldn't be happier ! The worst thing I can say is there was some minor cosmetic damage that I couldn't care less about. It was super convenient to come back to a house instead of some hotel room. Every night we had a parking spot right next to the apartment. Absolutely loved our stay. Very cool place to stay for a long weekend. Thank you so much to the host for making this place available and at such a reasonable price. We will be back!!!

The unit was pretty much as described, and better than a motel stay. The cons: two of the vertical blind slats were broken and lying on the floor, allowing a view into the living room, the toilet flush valve was broken, some of the rugs had turned up edges creating a trip hazard, one of the dining table bench legs was missing a screw causing it to be unstable, and, although the TV itself worked, there was no programming available due to an issue with the XUMO cable box. However, overall, considering the price and location, I was satisfied with the unit.

We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered, including the broken blinds, toilet flush valve, rugs, dining bench, and the issue with the XUMO cable box. We did reach out during your stay and asked if you could please let us know if it was still not providing any channels so that we could have a Spectrum technician stop by to address the issue. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response back. We will also be addressing the other maintenance items with our team to ensure they are corrected for future guests. Communication with host could have been better but overall ended well.. nice spot and easy walking distance to nice places to eat and have a drink.. safe area. . Only 1 washing machine works in the wash room and it's a community washroom.. modem was bad for TV or the cable but host is now aware. Need black out curtains for bedroom. Light from street light comes through blinds.. Over all pleased and will book here again. I frequent the area.
