Ma charmante maison de plage est située dans la ville de Southampton, juste au nord du village de Southampton. Un rapide 5 minutes en voiture des deux plages de l'océan et de la baie, la maison est située dans une rue résidentielle calme à côté d'une ferme équestre. .67 acres grande cour clôturée avec un aménagement paysager mature pour créer une intimité ultime avec un bain à remous et une douche de cèdre en plein air. Les intérieurs sont un mélange de décor moderne classique et danois pour créer une atmosphère bohème vintage. Grande et spacieuse disposition ouverte de la cuisine et du salon. Cuisine récemment rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et ustensiles de cuisine Al Clad. La maison dispose d'un barbecue Weber, un foyer extérieur pour les soirées plus fraîches et une grande terrasse en cèdre avec des salons pour bronzer. Climatisation centrale, Internet sans fil et câble. Venez profiter de tout ce que Hamptons a à offrir dans le confort et le style.

Hamptons Holiday

This is my second time staying at this property. Chandra has created a tranquil peaceful home. The property's backyard is expansive with a comfortable patio, hammock and hot tub. It's a great central location making traveling to the Hamptons many villages simple. My daughters and I enjoyed our stay. The home is clean, comfy and chic.

Lovely Getaway

Chandra has made a gem of a getaway spot. Easy access and very comfortable. Only would have wished for a "Fall/Winter Mode" description since the outdoor furniture and shower were not available. Otherwise great!

Lovely house but disappointing experience.

This house is lovely! The kitchen is fun to cook in, the bed is super comfy and the hanging chair is great! But, what we were really there for was the hot tub and chilly Autumn walks on the beach. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order when we arrived! We were super bummed as it was my bday and the hot tub was the primary reason for renting this particular house in the first place. The owner tried to get a technician to come take a look but apparently they don’t work on weekends??? Alas the weekend was kind of a bust! (But Biden/Harris won so it wasn’t a total bust!) Afterward I had many exchanges with the owner hoping she would reimburse me 25% of the two thousand dollars I spent for the 2 night stay. The no hot tub shortfall seemed like a big part of the booking to me! I thought a 25% discount seemed reasonable (so did a couple of real estate agent friends of mine who I consulted with, as well as the vrbo help desk person I chatted with). The homeowner did not agree. She did make several different offers to appease me, but they mostly involved me booking more nights (spending more money) to get a free night or a discounted night. None of which, I explained to her, was affordable for me, nor did these offers seem to be an equitable exchange. In the end, out of frustration with our conversation, she decided not to reimburse me anything at all! She simply didn't want to, which unfortunately is entirely within her right to do. I guess the lesson is, if the amenities being offered: pool, sauna, hot tub, etc. are important to you, always double check that they are actually in working order before you arrive, and don’t assume that a homeowner, no matter how “Zen” their vibe is, will be magnanimous when confronted with a disappointed guest asking for a break.

Dear Adrienne, I apologize that we were not able to come to an agreement over the hot tub not being in service during your stay. I offered you a late check out which you took advantage of and half price off another stay. When you asked for an entire free nights stay, I agreed but only under the condition that the night be booked through VRBO for insurance protection. This option could only be done by paying a small nominal fee for the night in order to create a new booking but you refused to cooperate and insisted on the free night without going through VRBO which I could not agree to. I was willing to give you what you asked, but you insisted it be on your terms and requested I do something outside of VRBO's platform which I was not comfortable with.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely time at this nice house. We did a last minute rental after canceling a long planned trip due to Covid. The yard was amazing for us as was the hot tub. The kitchen was lovely and was the best equipped for a rental we had ever had. The house is a little smaller than it looks online but we are only a family of three so it worked for us. The outdoor shower was wonderful. The location for town and the beach was very convenient. The master bed needs a new mattress but was fine for a few days. A memory foam pad on top of an old mattress actually made it worse for us, but may be fine for others. There was only one stemmed wine glass but that did not prevent our using other glasses for the purpose! It seemed there could have been a little more time between rentals at this time but maybe since we were last minute we were squeezed between two longer rentals. The house keeper was literally waiting out front as we packed the car and, without a mask, she walked into the house before we were done packing which was a little unnerving. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck for hours. Lots of fireflies and beautiful sunsets. Great home for a break from the city.

I’m happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and I’m sorry we could not accommodate your late check out request as we had another reservation arriving the same day. The housekeeper waited 20 minutes after your check out time, but needed to get in to clean for the next guest. As for the mattress, it is a 2 year old tempurpedic and we added a foam mattress topper to add a little more softness. It is hard to accommodate everyone’s desired firmness which is why we chose to add the topper. If the mattress was too soft for you, you may have just needed to remove the foam topper. As for the wine glasses- we opted to stock the kitchen with stemless wine glasses as they are easier to put in the dishwasher and less breakable. If you wanted a more traditional glass, we would have been happy to provide it for you.

Serene, well-thought space for an amazing retreat

What a lovely, clean, well thought-out space. 5mn car ride from Southampton, 10mn from the nearest beach, we loved our stay, which felt like the calm retreat we needed. The hanging chair is EVERYTHING. I do wish more of the small common supplies were included (there were things like cottons or salt, but the pepper had run out and there was no bath soap for instance), but we just went to buy them instead. Would stay again!

Was very clean and perfect for 4 people. Beautiful landscapes backyard with table and chairs. Loved the vibe of the house- very zen. Close to downtown Southampton.
