It is located directly across the street from Big Fresh Pond in Southampton. The house has its own private dock giving you access to swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding right in your front yard. The dock has two chairs on it to enjoy the water views. The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the second floor in the front of the home and has water views, a queen size bed, TV and large closet. There is a shade to cover the skylight if you prefer to close it not shown in the picture . The second bedroom located on the second floor next to the master also has water views, it has two twin beds, TV and a large closet.
