Everything was better than expected. Incredibly beautiful property, perfectly clean, great communication, great location, everything was as you would hope. Couldn’t be happier with the stay or the host.

We had a very comfortable stay. The house is cozy and well appointed - just as in the listing on VRBO. Check in was easy and straightforward. We had everything we needed and spent a ton of time in the backyard just taking in the tranquility. The beds were comfortable. I would book this house again if I come back to Southampton!

The home was amazing! Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It smelled like heaven. Chris a terrific host, responding immediately to any interaction. We enjoyed the pool and all of the amenities of the home.Would love to return and will definitely recommend!

Took my wife son and a buddy out to the Hamptons for the weekend. The house was so nice it was hard to leave and see the sights!!! What a wonderful spot. Highly recommend this house and location.

Perfect place near Southampton

The house was perfect for our trip. The location is excellent. The house is very nice. The fit and finish is outstanding. The backyard is a great hang!! I will definitely book it again!

This East end home offered a modern beach decor while being extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for ease of travel to any of the Hampton hamlets or the North fork. Offered a great home base for Christmas shopping! The home and property are meticulously maintained. Chris was in place to help with anything and very responsive.

Visited and stayed a 2nd time the last week in January. Caught 2 days of a traditional NY snow storm (1ft of snow) & it was beautiful. House was once again welcoming and in this instance safe and sound. Chris had driveway and courtyard cleared 1st thing in AM so that we were able to return home as planned. Highly recommend this home!

he home and overall experience were even better than expected! The pictures truly do not compare to the beauty and quality of the actual home. It was exceptionally clean—honestly, cleaner than I could have imagined, and it put many four-star hotels to shame.The host was wonderful and readily available to assist with any questions or needs throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, with shops just minutes away.One thoughtful touch that I especially appreciated was that the pool remained open beyond the expected closing period to accommodate my late arrival into September. It was such a wonderful surprise and gave me the opportunity to spend a relaxing evening sitting by the pool, simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and watching the water.I would highly recommend this host and home to anyone looking for a beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful home in a fantastic location

We had an incredible stay! The place was as advertised -- beautiful home with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room, plus a great pool and outside patio to unwind. Proximity to lots of local restaurants, shopping and golf was ideal, with rarely more than a 10-minute drive to our destination. Chris was extremely attentive, quickly addressing any concerns or issues that arose. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and beautiful house

My son and I stayed for a relaxing few days to celebrate his birthday. The house was wonderfully decorated with thoughtful attention to luxury details. The backyard was beautiful, especially the large tree.

Beautiful home , large back yard.

Lovely home, stylish modern decor yet super comfortable. Big back yard perfect for kids to run around. 5 mins from beach. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood.
