Surplombant le lac Osprey, Ă  une courte distance de la plage, chaque villa est Ă©quipĂ©e du chauffage et de l’air centraux; une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e comprenant une cafetiĂšre, un grille-pain, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, une machine Ă  glaçons et un mixeur; salon et salle Ă  manger; et laveuse / sĂ©cheuse. Cette villa donne accĂšs Ă  la piscine communautaire au bord du lac, Ă  des courts de tennis Ă©clairĂ©s, Ă  des pistes cyclables et Ă  des pistes de jogging. Les chambres Ă  coucher sont roi dans le maĂźtre avec salle de bain privĂ©e, et deux reines dans la deuxiĂšme chambre avec une salle de bain.

Non fumeur et pas d'animaux.
Location à la nuit disponible toute l'année.
Les barbecues au charbon de bois ne sont pas autorisés dans la communauté de Lakeside Villas.

The property was awesome! Very clean and top notch with everything you may need! I would love to bring my family back for a visit! The mattress in the master bedroom was amazing!!! We loved chit chatting in the screened patio and the den! The couch was very comfortable as well!!

Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in Litchfield by the Sea and unfortunately the place wasn't cleaned very well at all. The floors wasn't swept in the living room cause there was still food under the table and there was a sock and crumbs under the beds. The cable didn't work in the bedroom. The pools was great! However, the wanted the dishes cleaned but no soap or scrub brush was provided. This is a great location for restaurants!

Only a 11 minute walk to the beach where you will find the beach club. If you don’t like the sand you can sit on the patio overlooking the ocean where you will find chairs , rocking chairs and chaise loungers. TideLife Vacation rentals are so accommodating.
