Pawleys Island Cottage w/ Golf Cart

Pawleys Island beach is peaceful and pristine, and renowned for its surf. Within five miles of the island there are approximately ten first-rate golf courses and a large tennis complex. Fishing is available both in the surf and from our two marsh bridges. On the island are three fine launch boat ramps. Pawleys is a family beach where you can enjoy crabbing off a crab dock, shelling, biking and canoeing or kayaking. The ambiance is laid back. Our town speed limit is 25 mph, making it as safe as possible for the many users of the road including golf carts. During high tide explore the salt marsh with your own kayak or rent one. Swimming, fishing and sunning are the main activities of the day. Night life consists of dining out, long conversations on screened porches, shopping in a mainland boutique or strolling the beach.

Master bedroom has a king bed with private bath. Guest bedroom has a queen bed with full bathroom in the hallway. 3rd bedroom is used as a home office with a twin bed. We have Netflix, Youtube TV, HBO Max, Hulu and Prime on the living room TV where you can enjoy our very comfortable L shaped couch. Screen in patio has a swinging day bed for peaceful afternoon naps. Large kitchen has plenty of counter space and room to cook and fully stocked with everything you need to cook.

During your stay, you will have use of our gas powered golf cart. We are located less than 2 miles (5 mins by cart) from Pawleys Island Beach. You can also use the cart to go to 3 different grocery stores, several restaurants and Gilberts Ice Cream Shop. There are some local restrictions. Carts can only be used on roads with posted speed limits 35 miles per hour or less and no carts after sundown. Driver must have a valid driver'ss license and obey all traffic laws.

The home was spacious and nicely decorated. All the dishes, pots pans, spices and condiments were available for use. The home was clean and the Master Bed had the most comfortable mattress ever. It was Christmas time and therefore the golf carts or outdoor amenities weren't used. The screened porch has a bed swing that makes you want to take a nap immediately.

Just like being at home. Very clean, close to all resturaunts, gas and groceries. The golf carts were definitely the highlight making a trip to the beach easy and fun! Had no trouble finding house and all directions for the stay were clearly communicated. Nice quiet neighborhood and worth the stay.

This is a great place and neighbor hood to stay at. Very quiet and golf carts were a great way to get to the beach. The only negative thing I can say is that we stayed two weeks and not much place to put your groceries with all of the food in the cabinets. I would stay there again, because of location and neighborhood is great

I love the location, in quiet and seemed safe neighborhood but convenient to restaurants and grocery and easily goft cart drive to the beach. The house was very clean, well maintenance, and provided everything you basically need. Love the stay.

Eric’s home was just that- “home”! An extremely clean, cozy home that we as a family of four (with our poodle) felt like it was our home for the week. Comfortable, inviting and fully equipped with everything you’d desire in a low country, beach stay. Our tweens absolutely loved watching tv on the porch and riding in the cart to the beach. Thank you to Eric for providing beach equipment and allowing use of the washer and dryer! We so appreciate each detail!

Excellent home close to the beach

We had a fantastic stay for our first time in Pawleys. Great location, loved riding the golf carts onto Pawleys island. House had everything you needed and then some. Would 10/10 stay here again. Host were great and helped with all our questions.

Pawleys Island - Perfect Spot

We had to adults and 2 kids under 6 and the house was perfect. Open layout and 3 bedrooms with a dining area big enough to accomodate at least 8 people. The highlight, in out opinion, was the golf carts. There are 2 carts, one electric and one gas. The electroc cart has seat belts and beach access isnt more than a 5-10 minute golf cart ride, depending on where you access the beach. The house was also very well stocked with cookwear, ammenities, etc. 10/10 would stay here agin!

Beautiful and clean home. Close to the beach and having the golf carts available to go back and forth was nice. The screened in back porch was very comfortable and nice to hang out in the evenings after a long day at the beach. Owner was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating and helpful with everything. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable & Quiet

Although 2 miles from the Pawleys Island beach(with easy access & beautiful beaches), this home is very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the beach. All kitchen amenities easily accessible, as well as the laundry facilities. Large spacious living areas & screened in porch was very relaxing with TV access in both areas. So much to do in the area for 1st time visitors & many familiar areas to seasoned visitors. The hosts were very informative and very easy to communicate with. This area is one of our favorites!! Thank you!

Wow! Perfect for us!

We love Pawley’s Island, but a beach front week was not possible this year. With two preteens, we had a great time using the golf carts to zip down the causeway and straight to the beach. It was hard to leave but we plan to return soon! A home away from home! Owners were helpful with all questions and concerns!
