TRAM Studio mis à jour au bord de la plage / Wifi / Parapluie / Chaises / Netflix - Pas de la plage -

Mon condo est à l'intérieur Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Vous allez adorer ma place car elle est juste à côté de la plage de Sandestin, joliment décorée, très bien entretenue avec des carreaux de porcelaine partout, et un balcon privé confortable. Je fournis TRAM accès fiable WIFI, Netflix avec des milliers d'émissions de télévision et des films et des chaises de plage et un parasol et un panier pour les transporter tous à la plage. J'ai un lit king size et un divan-lit en mousse à mémoire de forme gel, de taille queen, une kitchenette avec micro-ondes, un évier et un réfrigérateur de taille moyenne.
Remarque: les motos ne sont pas autorisées à l'intérieur du Sandestin Resort.

Nice place!

Loved staying here the room was very clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed the beach which was just minutes away from here. They also provided some information of places to go to around the area which I found very helpful. Highly recommend!

Great spot!

Perfect spot for our four night beach getaway. Really appreciated the beach chairs available for our use. Kursad was excellent with communication and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Good value

During our stay the tower next door was still under construction but I am sure that will clear up by summer proper. The mini fridge needed maintenance. Otherwise, a great choice of place to stay in every way.

Kursad’s place was one of the best we have stayed in Destin so far. His communication was excellent. Beach was spacious and ocean was crystal clear. He will definitely go back.

Short Getaway

My mother and I needed a short getaway to the beach. This location was perfect for the two of us. The beach was a close walk from the unit. Being on the second floor was a bonus too. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Working can be fun!

We booked this unit when we found out my husband needed to make a work trip to Destin. This condo was perfect for our two day trip. Unit was clean and the area is great!! The owner was quick to respond and his information was superb. Being in the SanDestin resort was perfect!! The roof top sunsets was more than amazing!!

Amazing room

The room and owner were absolutely amazing. We extended our stay by 4 days and had a few small issues ( wasp nest) that were rectified in less than 30.min! Bed was the .ost co.fortable bed ive ever slept in at a VRBO. Hightky recomend!

It was a little rainy, but we enjoyed it to the full. Beautiful updated unit. Very clean condo and great owner. Kursad sends all the info you need to enjoy your stay at Luau and Sandestin. Unit is roomy, beds were very comfortable and the building is great. Forest view from the room is also a plus. Beach is only 3-4 minutes away and Luau has the best pool in Sandestin. Enjoyed every minute of it. 5 stars

Nice and quiet property ! Very clean! Close to the Beach! Have plenty parking for my truck with canoe and not too far from the building. Nice swimming pool outside with Jacuzzi hot tub. Have barbecue area with all you need to grill! Any questionable situation owner responds right away with text! I am really enjoying this place and looking forward to come back. Thank you Kursad!

Awesome experience!!

We had a wonderful time! Our host, Kursad attended to all of our needs. Her instructions were very informative, and left no stone unturned. She responded immediately upon making my reservation, and was very prompt when I had any questions! Her personal touch attention to detail was unmatched. I'm looking forward to my next visit. I will definitely keep her at the top of my favorites.

Nice but laundry room has no detergent and it are a whole dollar of quarters; information “handout” could b better organized into sections clearly marked so info is easier 2 access and refer to.

Sold as ‘property on beach’. It’s not. 6 blocks away! Bad knees & ankles make walking difficult.

Could not contact owner. Attempted several times to no avail. Needed maid service; linens were sandy, floors were sandy, unit was dusty & dirty. Did not have clean towels for 8 days! Extra fees for maid service, but there is none! We had many questions; where & how to get tram, area dining & shopping, etc. No maps, pamphlets or brochures. Would not recommend this property or any property by this owner.

Hello Sarah, I am thinking that this review is for another property but left by mistake on our property. 1) We are actually on the beachside of the resort and only a very short distance from the beach. Not even a block from the beach as can be seen on the pictures on our listing. 2) We never got a request from you, and the messages on VRBO shows that as well. I am not sure how you may have tried to reach us, but there is no messages that we got from you during your stay. 3) Your stay was not 8 days with us, but 5 nights only. 4) Guest instruction file was sent along with the keycode to the unit. That file included TRAM information along with other information for dining & shopping. Thanks, Kursad

Location is excellent with great access to the beach, pool, and all local amenities. Owner provided great info on the area and access to beach chairs etc. Room is simply an older hotel room with microwave. Not great if you plan to eat in but doable if you’re flexible and don’t intend to really cook.

First time in Destin was 2002, and we love the clear water, white sands and Sandestin Resort is a gem for the family. It is the Mediterranean vacation without the additional distance since it is in Florida :-)

Married about quarter of a century. We have a boy and a girl which is perfect for eating out since the tables are usually are for four!

My life motto is " Start by doing necessary, then what is possible and suddenly you are doing the impossible"

Sharing this property when we are not able to stay gives us pleasure; knowing that you would be enjoying your stay as much as we do in our condo is priceless. We had been coming to the area since 2002 having clearwater with a white sand has always been an attraction for us.
