TRAM Studio mis Ă  jour au bord de la plage / Wifi / Parapluie / Chaises / Netflix - Pas de la plage -

Mon condo est à l'intérieur Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Vous allez adorer ma place car elle est juste à cÎté de la plage de Sandestin, joliment décorée, trÚs bien entretenue avec des carreaux de porcelaine partout, et un balcon privé confortable. Je fournis TRAM accÚs fiable WIFI, Netflix avec des milliers d'émissions de télévision et des films et des chaises de plage et un parasol et un panier pour les transporter tous à la plage. J'ai un lit king size et un divan-lit en mousse à mémoire de forme gel, de taille queen, une kitchenette avec micro-ondes, un évier et un réfrigérateur de taille moyenne.
Remarque: les motos ne sont pas autorisées à l'intérieur du Sandestin Resort.

Good value

During our stay the tower next door was still under construction but I am sure that will clear up by summer proper. The mini fridge needed maintenance. Otherwise, a great choice of place to stay in every way.

Great spot!

Perfect spot for our four night beach getaway. Really appreciated the beach chairs available for our use. Kursad was excellent with communication and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Nice but laundry room has no detergent and it are a whole dollar of quarters; information “handout” could b better organized into sections clearly marked so info is easier 2 access and refer to.

Working can be fun!

We booked this unit when we found out my husband needed to make a work trip to Destin. This condo was perfect for our two day trip. Unit was clean and the area is great!! The owner was quick to respond and his information was superb. Being in the SanDestin resort was perfect!! The roof top sunsets was more than amazing!!

Amazing room

The room and owner were absolutely amazing. We extended our stay by 4 days and had a few small issues ( wasp nest) that were rectified in less than 30.min! Bed was the .ost co.fortable bed ive ever slept in at a VRBO. Hightky recomend!

Short Getaway

My mother and I needed a short getaway to the beach. This location was perfect for the two of us. The beach was a close walk from the unit. Being on the second floor was a bonus too. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Awesome experience!!

We had a wonderful time! Our host, Kursad attended to all of our needs. Her instructions were very informative, and left no stone unturned. She responded immediately upon making my reservation, and was very prompt when I had any questions! Her personal touch attention to detail was unmatched. I'm looking forward to my next visit. I will definitely keep her at the top of my favorites.

Nice place!

Loved staying here the room was very clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed the beach which was just minutes away from here. They also provided some information of places to go to around the area which I found very helpful. Highly recommend!

Location is excellent with great access to the beach, pool, and all local amenities. Owner provided great info on the area and access to beach chairs etc. Room is simply an older hotel room with microwave. Not great if you plan to eat in but doable if you’re flexible and don’t intend to really cook.

Nice Getaway for the "Grown&Young-at-Heart"

Having not taken a vacation in a couple of years, this was MUCH NEEDED. Kursad made this stay quite easy, from the detailed check-in instructions, the dining recommendations...and check-out details. All were much appreciated. Dining recomendations have proven to be a long time relationship! Another Broken Egg Cafe and us are now family (or at least Rebecca, the hostess...and us đŸ€ŁđŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł)! We had 817k views and after our review of our breakfast there two days in a row, our views jumped to 850k! We guess ppl love food, so thanks for that recommendation! The condo was clean, convenient, well stocked with items needed and comfortable. And although we travel with our own conveniences, they definitely weren't necessary. We plan to visit again and will recommend to our family and friends!

Great unit at a great price

Excellent property. Very neat and clean, efficient kitchenette, large bathroom. Great communication with the owner. The only things I would mention as down sides are not the fault of the owner. The unit is right at the elevators and stairs, so there is some noise from other travelers as they come and go. That said, the soundproofing is great between the units. I didn't hear my neighbors at all unless they were in the hall. The elevator doors make a high pitched whine when held open, and this can be heard in the unit. The pipes in the building also squeal sometimes, so there was often high pitched noise throughout the unit. Not particularly loud, but definitely noticeable. I suspect this wouldn't bother most people, it just took me a while to figure out what was going on. Also, keep in mind that beachside means that the building is on the beach side of the highway, not that the unit has a beach view it is right on the beach. This resort extends from the beach all the way across the island to the bay. This unit is a 2 minute walk to the beach, but the balcony looks out over the island rather than towards the beach. All in all, a great property!

Luau is clean friendly environment. Everything was accessible very easily.

First time in Destin was 2002, and we love the clear water, white sands and Sandestin Resort is a gem for the family. It is the Mediterranean vacation without the additional distance since it is in Florida :-)

Married about quarter of a century. We have a boy and a girl which is perfect for eating out since the tables are usually are for four!

Sharing this property when we are not able to stay gives us pleasure; knowing that you would be enjoying your stay as much as we do in our condo is priceless. We had been coming to the area since 2002 having clearwater with a white sand has always been an attraction for us.
