Une oasis paisible et pratique attend votre plaisir dans ce studio situĂ© directement sur la plage de Beachside Two. Ce studio spacieux dispose de tout le mobilier nĂ©cessaire et d'une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et dotĂ©e de comptoirs en granit et d'Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable. Ce grand condo de style studio dispose de 650 mÂČ d’espace de dĂ©tente et s’allonge sur le grand balcon, offrant intimitĂ© et ouverture, le tout situĂ© Ă  la fin du bĂątiment avec une grande pelouse paysagĂšre au-delĂ .

Notre unité d'accÚs facile est au premier étage. La plage de sucre blanc est à quelques pas de la grande piscine.

Internet sans fil gratuit est disponible partout. Il y a un lit king size et le canapĂ©-lit dans le coin salon offre un espace de couchage supplĂ©mentaire si nĂ©cessaire. Le mur de fenĂȘtres montre le patio spacieux et les magnifiques environs. Bonus, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse sont dans l'unitĂ©. Il y a 2 chaises de plage et un parasol dans l'unitĂ© pour votre usage.

This property was amazing to stay at! We had such an amazing time. The place was clean, and well taken care of. You’re just a 3 minute walk to the beach if even that. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! The host was also so easy to communicate with, quick responses to any questions. I can’t wait to see you his place when all renovations are done!

Our stay was amazing. We came here for our honeymoon this weekend! Rooms were very nice & clean with easy check in. The only part I that didn’t reach my expectations was the view. I paid for a beach view and they didn’t tell me there was construction during my stay. My balcony was blocked off & workers walking around so I didn’t get to use my balcony but overall it was a great stay. Will be booking again next time we come!!

Room was as described, great for a couple! Clean, convenient location to the beach and parking, smooth check in and check out process. Would recommend if you’re visiting the area.

Wonderful stay!!

We rented this gorgeous corner unit for a wedding we attended in Sandestin. The property was clean. The management team had top notch communication, and we really enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor. We will definitely rent this unit again!

We had a great time, the unit was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Pool was wonderful. The beach is a bit crowded in July, but to be expected. Would definitely recommend this property. We love that it was easy access on the first floor, was just right for two friends.

perfect for a family of 4

Perfect time with family we found the place very clean the bed is very comfortable but the sofa bed makes too much noise the place is perfect but if they updated the furniture it would be perfect. a blind is broken

Perfect little place!

We really enjoyed our trip here. It was perfect for our little family. We have 2 kids and it was plenty of room for us this week. We loved the location of the condo. Being on the 1st floor was very convenient. The porch area was very nice to chill & relax in the evenings. Parking was very close by so it wasn’t a hassle at all to get loaded/unloaded for the week. That was a huge help with the kids. Overall we were very pleased with everything and really enjoyed it.

Great place and great location

This place was fantastic. We are an active family of 4. We knew we weren’t going to spend too much time inside, but when we did we had plenty of space to relax. The location on ground level made for a perfect location for a game of wiffle ball and frisbee. Location also made it easy to get to vehicle. Can’t wait to book next year!!

Perfect fit for families

We have stayed in similar condos in the past but Usually up high. Staying on the ground floor was a change. It was so easy to get to the private beach. Especially with a family. Bette was very helpful and accommodating. Most importantly Miramar is a great low key beach. Destin is way to busy and reminds me of a carnival town. Plus. Seaside and Ally beach is only a few miles away on 30 a

a few delayed maintenance items...shower drips constantly, floors were buckled in bathroom. seating on outside (they need to have lounge chairs) the chairs they have are extremely uncomfortable, not enough pillows on bed.

A few things to fix...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has great potential to be a great place to visit. During our visit the patio furniture had rusted out from the salt air. Easy fix to replace. The flooring in the bathroom is needing to be replaced as it is filthy and water damaged. Outside of these minor repairs the ground floor unit was very convenient.
