Lac Winnipesaukee, cottage de Little Bear Island avec quai partagé

3 chambres, 1 salle de bain, 950 pieds carrés, 7 couchages, face à l'est Cottage Lakefront avec pont avant.

Cottage récemment rénové avec salon, cuisine et chambre double au premier niveau. Chambre Queen et 2ème chambre avec lits superposés et lit simple dans la même chambre et salle de bain complète au deuxième étage. Le balcon intérieur au deuxième étage donne sur le salon. Draps et serviettes fournis, accès laveuse et sécheuse.

L'eau du chalet provient du lac avec une filtration minimale.

Le chalet est accessible uniquement par bateau. La mise à l'eau des bateaux est disponible à plusieurs endroits, 19 Mile Bay (Union Landing) à plusieurs kilomètres avec parking pour voitures et remorques à bateaux. Le quai public est disponible uniquement pour la journée. Une rampe de mise à l'eau est également disponible au bout de Long Island Road. Le stationnement est ici en bordure de route et très limité. Il existe un quai public avec une disponibilité très limitée. Des bateaux de location sont disponibles chez Marina, avec les coordonnées que nous pouvons vous fournir dans le cadre du processus de réservation.

Le chalet n'est pas accessible aux handicapés, il y a des escaliers dans la maison et à la salle de bain au deuxième étage.

Cuisine complète avec accessoires, nouveau réfrigérateur, nouvelle cuisinière à gaz, cafetière, four grille-pain et micro-ondes, téléphone pour appels locaux. Accès Internet sans fil et télévision HD avec lecteur DVD Blue Ray sans fil. Pas de télévision par câble.

Le chalet partage un quai pour un bateau jusqu’à 25 'et un accès à l’eau avec le chalet des propriétaires à côté, la façade côtière est rocheuse avec des marches dans le lac, pas de plage de sable, mais de sable au pied des marches. Propriétaire ou famille de propriétaires peut être dans le chalet à côté.

Kayak et plusieurs canoës disponibles.

Chiens admis (2) moyennant un supplément et une preuve des vaccinations en cours contre la rage et la maladie de Carré, autres animaux considérés.

Beautiful vintage lakeside cottage but with all the modern amenities. Very well stocked kitchen, soft bed linens, loads of towels.We swam every day, used the kayaks, best of all was lounging on the porch. We had a perfect relaxed vacation!!

Wonderful Get Away

Greg’s house on Little Bear is absolutely wonderful. The lake is great, it’s tucked in a quiet spot, and has everything you’d ever need. I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Awesome trip!

We loved staying in this cabin on Little Bear Island - Location and view were stellar! Enjoyed swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. The neighbors were super nice too. Great experience overall!

Perfect getaway!

Little Bear Island and it’s inhabitants were welcoming and despite the poor weather, we had a fantastic time taking advantage of the gorgeous views and nature. We will surely return!!

Had an amazing week-long getaway here with my husband and our dog. The island property is perfectly located with easy access to the dock, which made for a nice week of boating and fishing. It was such a peaceful, relaxing escape, and the home had everything we needed. A highlight was spotting a group of deer right in the backyard during our stay. Greg was incredibly welcoming and accommodating in our communication and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our stay. He was even so thoughtful about other dogs in the area while our pup was with us recovering from leg surgery. We would definitely love to return!

The best place to stay on the lake!!!

We absolutely love staying on Little Bear Island! As avid boaters, it is such a unique experience to be able to stay on an island (and something we'd never be able to afford otherwise!!)!!! This property is perfect for our low-key and relaxing family weekend. The owners are such fantastic people and make you feel like family when you're there! The property is lovely and has everything we could ask for. We look forward to many more Memorial Day weekends on Little Bear!!!

Absolutely beautiful place!! Owners are extremely friendly and fast to respond with any questions. Celebrated my wife’s birthday here and she fell in love with the place. Very clean, private, and peaceful. 5 stars all the way.

Amazing Getaway!

Our family had an amazing 4 nights at 26 Little Bear Island. Even before we stepped foot on the property, Greg was so great at answering any questions very quickly and accommodating to any changes that we needed to make such as adding on an extra night and a last minute need to add our pups! The house was clean and had anything you would need for cooking. The kids enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and paddle board, we couldn’t get them out of the water some days! We were greeted by Mr. Barsanti’s sister at check in and she made us feel welcome right away. We cannot wait to book next year.

Wonderful September stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at Little Bear Island the first week in September. It was a truly great stay. We enjoyed the house and being able to spend time on the water. The communication before and during our stay was excellent and the guidance on how to navigate to the island dock was so appreciated. We rented a boat from Trexler's Marina and they also provided excellent and responsive service. Our family, including kids were so grateful for the chance to spend a week on this island and to be on Lake Winnipesaukee.

The Greg and his family could not have been nicer. The property was clean and bedrooms fresh. The bathroom was nice as was the kitchen. It was great to explore another part of the lake.

Peaceful and Enjoyable Getaway

This home exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed and more. My husband and two boys (ages 8 and 10) enjoyed fishing and kayaking, while I soaked up the gorgeous sunrises and swam in the lake. It’s the perfect location with so much to do in the area from hiking trails with waterfalls to nice beach spots on the lake. The owners are wonderful people who were more than accommodating with any questions and concerns we had. We can’t wait to go back!

Overall fantastic experience, great host/family, beautiful and clean home.

Just a great stay, can’t say enough about the host, house and property, well kept, great dock for the boat, this property is the definition of a vacation home. Everything you need is there, the host goes above and beyond to make sure the guest are happy. The area on the island is beautiful with great views. Nothing at all negative to say about the host and property. Had such a relaxing and great time with just me and my 18 yr old son, great fishing as well. Thanks again the the host.

Beautiful

The pictures are the most accurate of any house we have rented. What the pictures can’t tell you is just how wonderful the owners of the property are for your entire stay! Three boys ages 11-13, had the best time swimming out to the floating dock and jumping into the lake. Side Note: The view from the deck is even better than the picture.

Leclair Family Summer 2023 Vacation

The perfect spot for our family! Two teen boys and two large dogs, us and even a friend joined us one night. Plenty of room - we grilled, cooked dinners, did WFH - my husband took a zoom meeting video on and NO issues. Kids used the kayaks, canoe, paddle board, streamed TV, hooked up their switch. The family was wonderful to deal with, good communication and good conversation. We would recommend anyone rent this place - just not when WE want to come back again ;) Thank you for your hospitality!

Relaxing, well appointed getaway!

We loved our stay on Little Bear. We were very pleased with the location, as it's in a calmer part of the lake. Less traffic, far less wake at the dock than other properties we've stayed at. We felt right at home with the property, very well appointed. Nice not having to boat your trash out or bring bottled water. Dock has bumpers in all the right spots. Just pull up and cleat up. It's the little things like this that pay dividends when you're on an island. Place was clean, excellent wifi, plenty of the things you may forgotten back at home were already in place. Greg is very responsive, and truly wants his customers to enjoy their stay. Super happy about our time on the lake.
