Notre 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain Lake House est situé sur Curtis Lane (du nom de notre grand-père), une petite route dans une zone isolée de Moultonborough Neck (au cœur du lac Winnipesaukee). Les options sont illimitées! Croisière sur le MV Mt Washington, sur votre propre bateau ou sur un bateau loué localement, Waverunner ou Kayak; Assister à une course Nascar au New Hampshire Motor Speedway; Bargain Shop dans les centres commerciaux North Conway / Tilton Outlet; visitez le parc Prescott à Portsmouth, Storyland ou Water Country; jouer au mini-golf, au bol ou conduire des karts sur Funspot; monter le toboggan aquatique à Weirs Beach; voir un film à Gilford ou un concert en direct à Meadowbrook ou à un kiosque de village à Wolfeboro / Alton Bay. La maison est bien équipée et offre des vues spectaculaires sur le lac et les montagnes. Une grande terrasse parcourt la longueur de la maison, face au lac. Les trois chambres peuvent accueillir confortablement 6 personnes (deux avec deux lits jumeaux chacune et une avec un lit queen). Il y a un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. Le quai est idéal pour jusqu'à un bateau de 22 pieds et est facilement accessible via les escaliers en terrasse de la maison. La maison est accessible à 100% en fauteuil roulant.

We have been coming here for our staycation for at least 4 years now. The house is perfectly nestled in the woods with gorgeous view and private access to the lake. Moulton Farm, The Old Country Store, Castle in the Clouds are fun to visit and easily accessible.

This is an outstanding property on Lake Winnipesaukee! It’s well-furnished and would be ideal for a family with children.The only downside is getting to it via a dirt road which can be challenging after dark.
The view from the deck is stunning!

Great family vacation home

This was our 4th time staying at this vacation home and as always it did not disappoint! The house is clean, kitchen well stocked and the views of the lake are spectacular! Plenty of outside seating on the porch overlooking the lake and a nice firepit arwa for smores!

We loved our stay and the view - especially sunrise - was amazing. We heard loons calling in the morning and it was very quiet at night. The house was charming and well stocked with most everything we needed. Communication was good with owners. We would definitely recommend this house for your lake Winni vacation!

Great place with a beautiful view of the lake. House is equipped for handicapped and/elderly if that’s something you are looking for. The steps down to the dock however, can be challenging for some. Very private and peaceful. House is very well equipped with anything you might need. One thing that would be nice to add is a Keurig coffee maker. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Lakeside Location

A group of six women stayed there because 50 years ago we were campers on an island in Lake Winnepesaukee. We used the firepit and swam off the dock.

Beautiful lakefront property

We are return renters and we love this property! It is a private lot on a beautiful location right on the lake. There is a nice dock for swimming and fishing. The sunrise is spectacular from the spacious deck. We have had the best family vacations here!

Perfect location

This is our 4th year on Curtis Lane. We love its location. It is tucked in the woods and it is peaceful here. The deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Sitting on the dock in the evenings, looking out to the lake and listening to the loons makes it a guaranteed zen place.

Lake area is awesome!

The location was magical. It is quiet and private. Our dogs loved it! The lake area was clean. Kids loved floating dock. We had a fantastic week. The house is really nice, with a great view.

Another incredible stay on the lake

Thank you again so much for having us at your lakefront cabin. This is the most beautiful and remote location, with fantastic views, lake access, and lots of things to do in the area. It’s also fully accessible so my mother, who is in a wheelchair, can be fully independent in the house. For these reasons I can’t recommend this cabin highly enough.
