Hermosa Beach, à 30 min du centre-ville de L. A. et à 15 minutes au sud de LAX. Coastal Living et Sunset Magazines classent Hermosa parmi les meilleures plages. C'est une magnifique maison sur la plage située dans le plus beau quartier de Hermosa Beach. Les vues sont à couper le souffle.

Il se trouve à 2 minutes à pied de délicieux restaurants ouverts du matin au soir ainsi que d'une épicerie. Il se trouve à 8 minutes à pied de Pier Plaza avec une grande variété de restaurants et de boutiques. Target, Nordstrom au centre commercial South Bay Galleria et Costco sont à 7-15 minutes en voiture.

La Casita est conçue dans un style luxueux Tommy Bahama. La maison a une cuisine complète fraîche avec comptoir et îlot en granit. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont complètes et joliment aménagées. Il y a de beaux planchers de bois dans toute la maison.

VEUILLEZ NOTER: Cette maison n'est PAS disponible pour les fêtes de toute nature, y compris les anniversaires, les remises de diplômes et les mariages.


Beaucoup de choses intéressantes et amusantes à faire à proximité: Faites vos séances d'entraînement au gymnase «The Yard». Valley Park a une nouvelle aire de jeux pour enfants à seulement 1/2 mile away. Des courts de tennis et de basket-ball publics sont à proximité. La jetée de Redondo Beach et King Harbour sont à 3,2 km et proposent toutes les activités liées à la pêche et à la navigation de plaisance, notamment l'observation des baleines. Les practice de golf, les parcours par 3 et le golf miniature sont à 15 minutes. Le magnifique Donald Trump National Golf Club est à 20 minutes en voiture.

Loved our stay

Our family loved this home and plan on returning. All the previous reviews are 100% accurate about how wonderful the house is and how the location can’t be beat. The house has everything you need and more. The house is on the strand so you have nightly sunsets and easy walks to the ocean waves. We loved using the bikes. We appreciated the secure court yard to easily store the bikes when not in use. The fire pit and outdoor patio were used often and made you feel like there was even more space to enjoy. The home owner Buckita is as sweet, caring and friendly as all the reviews explain. We really enjoyed our 30 days in her home and appreciate all her attention to detail. We can’t wait to return.

First off, you feel like you're staying at your family beach house when you're here. Buckita truly goes above and beyond, and is just one of those people who you are truly fortunate to encounter in life. The location is unbeatable. We loved our time here!

The beach was our front yard— we loved it. The owner was very helpful and home had everything we needed. The town plaza is a nice short walk from the home with lots of restaurants and nightlife. We want to return next year!!

Home away from home

This was a treat! The home provided everything you need from various serving platters, towels, toys for all ages, boogie board, surfboards, wetsuit, umbrellas, chairs...I mean, you name it, it had it! The view and people watching was priceless. We truly felt like we were at home and were so sad to leave. Buckita the owner was a sweetheart and she really made this experience so that you feel at home. We are going to miss it BUT, we will be back!

Hermosa Beach, our favorite!

Our family has stayed at this property several times, and we are absolutely in love with Hermosa Beach! We are a family of four, and love the accommodations. The property is appointed with anything and everything you could possibly need while you are there. All you need is to pack a suitcase. The property is in a fantastic location with many restaurants and charming shops to visit. This property is spotless, and our favorite feature is the outdoor patio. Whether you want to enjoy a quiet morning, watch a fun volleyball match, or a beautiful sunset, this is the spot. There has not been a day that has gone by that a passerby has not said how nice the property is. This location is PERFECT for anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Southern California. It is close to many attractions like Disneyland, and Hollywood, but honestly, our family (including the kids) never want to leave. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind, and one of the only places we have been where we didn't feel like we needed a vacation from vacation. It is very apparent that there is pride of ownership. Each time we visit we notice something that has been added or improved upon. The owner is very friendly, and hospitable. We would highly recommend this property to everyone, and look forward to returning after each visit. (Our kids actually cry when it is time to return home...they love it THAT much).

Most Amazing Property!!

This property could not be more wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. So clean, quiet and well kept. We wanted for nothing while there. Loved every minute of it. There were plenty of supplies for the beach, bikes, games, etc. Hated to leave, and cannot wait to return. There was a map in the pantry to remind you where everything was ie grocery store, etc. The owner was so friendly and would stop by to make sure all was well but never intrusive. Such an amazing property!!

LOCATION, WHAT A PRIM LOCATION

We could not get any closer to the beach. Situated on a corner lot afforded us a large side yard with all ammanities, including toys fo tots. There was nothing left out including biles which we took full advantage of. The owner was more than gracious and gave us the oppertunity for an advance check in. I would recommend the property to who ever wishes to be on the sand, location is prim. Walking ditance from the cottage is Hermosa Pier and Square offering a range of out door eateries and shops. The family is considering this as an annual location for future reunions. .
