Une cuisine bien équipée pour préparer vos repas, de nouveaux lits confortables pour une nuit de sommeil parfaite et un espace de vie confortable pour lire, regarder des films ou travailler. Le Mod Pod est climatisé pour vous garder au frais les aprÚs-midi d'été chauds. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with a fabulous working kitchen. The living room was extremely comfortable and full of sunlight. The location was close to old mill and anything else we wanted to see. The communication with the management company was fantastic!!! I can’t wait to come back here , it was perfect in every way!!!!

Clean, Spacious, and Convenient

This home was spacious and modern with a nice amount of space for an extended stay. It was closer to the downtown area and many of the breweries and restaurants we wanted to visit than some of the more popular lodges in town. However, it was not in the most updated part of town, and I would not call it walkable to downtown places. It worked well for us, but it does depend what you are looking for! I would have loved for there to be a DVD player so we could rent from the last Blockbuster, but other than that, we had everything we needed!

Great stay! Super-responsive hosts. The place was neat & tidy and very well appointed in the kitchen. Though we typically prefer to stay on the westside, this is very easy access to/from, and we found some good coffee spots very close.

Avoid disappointment.

Avoid disappointment. Zero privacy, every window looks directly into a neighbor’s window. Marginal heat ‘system’ requires constant fiddling and creates a windstorm. The lighting is either very harsh or insufficient, but the translucent curtains insure all outside lights illuminate and cast shadows inside. And vice a versa any inside movement and the beating fan cast shadows outside. The bedroom is cold, prepare to sleep bundled up, there are not drawers for storage. The micro bathroom features a dingy freezing tile floor and a slippery tile shower stall of questionable cleanliness. There is little area for anything personal. No grab bars!This place is very used, while the main floor looked clean the walls and ceilings were not and the bathroom is gross. There is dust in every corner and on every baseboard, some appears permanently painted in place throughout.There is no place for wet shoes or any sporting equipment despite the Bend location. There is no place for storage, the few spaces are all stuffed with owner stuff.The gutter system dumps water/snow onto tiny door stoop. All the deferred maintenance in this poorly conceived and implemented shoe box it is distracting.There is a large loft with a very dangerous, space consuming, ladder and a framed sighed telling you not to use it. This is not a wheelchair accessible space.There were many unexpected fees to Arrived Management, for pre-cleaning, for post cleaning, long stay fees and likely more coming. After my finical

This was a great small house. The place is very clean. There was detergent for laundry and washing dishes. A new sponge left and soap for other dishes not going in the dish washer. At the end of the stay I noticed the clothes washer had dirty water and smelled, so I reported it and had a response from the property in less then 30 minutes. Google will take you the wrong location so just know it's around the corner around the corner.

We were able to easily drive to nearby parks and walking paths. Grocery store nearby. One issue: someone (probably a student of the nearby high school) parked in the street blocking our car’s exit from the parking path.

Great property!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Easy check-in, nice neighborhood and centrally located to downtown and Old Mill area. Spacious living room, small but adequate bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was very well equipped and enjoyed the fresh coffee beans with grinder. Came visit our daughter who moved to Bend last fall and will definitely return!

Cousins Reunion

Stayed a few days and this compact, very clean home fit our needs. Thoughtfully appointed, everything we needed to crash for a few nights. First night we walked downtown for dinner. Bonus! Easily walkable to community center with beautiful Olympic sized pool. Would stay here again without question.

With vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows, this place feels much larger than it is. It's newer and well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and to downtown. Nicely furnished, great decor. Loved the shower!
