Bienvenue à la Maison Aspen! Cette maison confortable est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de tout ce que Bend a à offrir. Une maison de menuiserie Bend classique à la base, elle a été modernis����e tout en conservant l���atmosphère Old Bend. Recherchez la réutilisation cr����ative et les matériaux recycl��s et profitez de systèmes ��coénergétiques pour vous maintenir à la température idéale.

L'Aspen House est une ville loin du foyer. Il a deux chambres king / queen et une salle de bain avec douche. Le pourtour de la douche est une peinture murale unique en mosa��que faite de carreaux de verre recyclé. Les comptoirs de cuisine et de salle de bain sont en bois de grange recyclé. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et la salle à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes. Le plan d'étage (parquet de chêne partout) est très ouvert, avec salle à manger, cuisine et salon tous reliés. Le salon a un canap�� intégr�� qui peut accueillir des invités supplémentaires si nécessaire, apportez votre sac de couchage! Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre usage, et un s��che-chaussures, aussi. La télévision et le Wi-Fi ROKU sont fournis gratuitement, mais pas de forfait c��ble.

Stationnement hors rue est disponible dans l'all���e pour un maximum de deux voitures, ainsi qu'un grand parking dans la rue. Une petite terrasse de la cuisine mène à un patio pavé, idéal pour des soir���es de détente à la belle �������������toile.

L'EMPLACEMENT

Votre charmante demeure est nichée entre le centre-ville de Bend et Old Mill, à proximité des sentiers de rivière, des restaurants, des galeries et des boutiques. Prenez votre tasse de caf������ du matin à Palate, à un pâté de maisons, puis prenez votre petit-déjeuner au Pancake Wagon, tout proche.

Le réseau de sentiers de la rivière Deschutes vous attend à 3 pâtés de maisons et le lac Hosmer brille à moins de 3 km. Venir à Bend pour le ski épique et le snowboard? Arriv��e au mont. Bachelor en 20 minutes pour les pistes de classe mondiale et la poudreuse.

The home was very comfortable. Excellent temperature control, both air and heat; and there was a fan as well. The mattresses were firm but not too much so -- perfect for us! And the beds frames were solid. No squeaking every time you turn over. Everything was in great shape and we'd stay here again. The one note I will share is the shower is a little snug for tall people. I am not tall, so I didn't think about this at all but my tall husband and son noted it. Ha!

First time in Bend

House was just what a family of 4 needed, great location in town, well stocked for cooking and laundry, and a nice back patio to sit out in the evenings.

Perfect way to explore downtown Bend

The house is in the perfect location for walking all that downtown Bend has to offer. Explore the amazing food and shopping, spend time in the parks and/or River. Cannot beat the location. Great rental, we will be back!

We absolutely loved the house and what a perfect location to spend time in Bend. Downtown was a 15 min walk and close to a great grocery store. Communication was also very well done. Would love to come back.

Perfect location to walk into Old Town, grab a bite from the Podski, walk along the river, head to downtown. Really great location. Great location, cute home

Stayed with my family (including a 2 and 4 year old) and had a great time. Close to Smith rock state park and the lava fields. During naps we could walk to downtown (including a cute library and book stores) with the 4 year old. Great place!

Weekend get away

Great location, clean and the knives were sharp! We walked to the concert and to dinners. Only time we needed the car was for hiking. Would stay again.

Very nice house within walking distance to Old Bend and The Old Mill District. Kitchen and house was well appointed and the property manager was very professional making our stay go smoothly.

We started with a classic “millworker’s house” and spent 18 months modernizing the inside while keeping the “Old Bend” flavor on the outside. We tried to reuse and recycle wherever possible and we love the modern mix this cottage offers.
