Maison privée au milieu de Dallas / Ft. Vaut

À quelques minutes de l'aéroport international DFW, et idéalement situé au milieu du métroplex DFW. La maison est située près du Irving Arts Centre, des magasins, des restaurants, des terrains de golf, y compris le Four Seasons, et bien plus encore. Vous allez adorer ma place à cause de l'ambiance, des espaces extérieurs et de la décoration. La maison est idéale pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles avec enfants et les amis / animaux à fourrure.

Il y a deux chambres avec lits queen size, deux salles de bain dont une principale en suite, des salles à manger intérieure et extérieure, et plus encore. La maison est en retrait de la route et a des tonnes de zones ombragées de nos arbres matures qui bordent la propriété. La cour arrière est spacieuse et privée.

Il y a plusieurs arrêts de bus à moins d'un pâté de maisons de la maison. La station de tramway Dart la plus proche est à North Lake College, à environ 3 km. De plus, des taxis, Uber / Lyft et d'autres options de covoiturage sont disponibles.

Nice place - near everything !

Honestly the outside could use a little TLC, but it didn't affect our stay at all. Inside is tidy and comfortable. 7-11 across the street one way and Braum's the other which was convenient since we didn't have a car !

Great stay, will stay again!

Very clean, cute duplex, super space for the dogs and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, great water pressure ... we had everything we needed for our 5 days in the area and could literally role down the hill to our family. Our only problem, our first morning there the coffee pot died, but Adam quickly remedied this and had a new one delivered that day and our next three mornings were great. Would stay again, thanks Adam.

Here for the Cowboys game

We brought my husband down for the cowboys game for his Xmas gift. We really just needed somewhere to lay our heads for a couple of nights and Adam’s place was amazing. The beds are so comfy, I slept better than I do at home. It’s easy access to everything. There’s been many updates done and you can tell he’s looking to do more. Wonderful stay for a great price and will definitely book again if back in Dallas.

Overpriced home in Middle of Dallas/Ft. Worth

Not worth the cost! Not even close! We read the reviews and saw a couple ones saying outside needed some TLC. That is an understatement! The front gate is hard to open. There are no stairs/steps to get to the front porch. There was dog poo in the back yard that had been there for a long time! Fence needs repaired. The inside: wasn't clean to start with! Couldn't use the oven because it had burnt food on trays and bottom of oven! There is a grill outside but it hadn't been cleaned either. There was trash under bed in guest bedroom (water bottle and candy wrappers), trash on floor in master bedroom, bed in master had long, black hairs on sheets, long black hairs in front of bathtub and around the toilet in master; and the best was pubic hairs in master bath, plus food in kitchen sink. Due to the master tub being dirty, we had to share 1 shower for 3 adults! We asked for a refund of the cleaning fee and they only agreed to refund half of the fee. When I notified them of the grill and oven and then additional trash under the bed, they gave us the full $150 refund for the cleaning fee. I offered to email pictures of all the issues we found but no reply....I also asked for a partial refund to cover not being able to cook meals etc. But no reply. The only positive thing about this duplex is that even though it is on a busy street, it was quiet. I would keep looking for a place to stay in Dallas.

Hi Tonya. Again, we apologize that your stay was not satisfactory. You did not mention that we offered to refund your stay in full on the first night, when you messaged us late, if you wanted to secure more satisfiable accommodations, but you declined.. Also, we offered to have the cleaners come back by to address any and all concerns, but you declined as well. We ended up providing a 30% credit toward your stay which is pretty substantial. It seems as if you wanted to stay for free based on your numerous messages late at night. I know you stated you weren't being "picky" but also stated you planned to find anything and everything wrong with the home. Please look back on our numerous reviews and see that cleanliness is something that we take seriously and is not typically an issue. We have addressed these concerns with the cleaners who advised they had a new hire clean here and did not make the cut after your review. Best of luck to you in the future and we hope your next host does a great job. Thank you!

Front outside was full of leaves and not tidy. The backyard was nice. No dresser in 2nd bedroom. Loved the rooster calls in the morning. True Texas experience. House is a duplex on a very busy street. Going at night was not smart hard time finding the house.

Great value. Close to DFW and State Fairgrounds. Quiet area, considering it's the Metroplex and I'm a country girl!! But overall, a great place. Super clean. Nicely furnished. Well supplied. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Fur-Family Friendly

My husband and I and our 3 dogs enjoyed our stay in this lovely home tremendously. The proximity of this property to Dallas is excellent - far enough, but not far at all. The home offered all is the amenities you might need. I didn’t cook, but I think everything I might have needed was there. The convenience of parking in the garage and entering that way was wonderful. Things we particularly appreciated include a nicely fenced, large back yard, well tended. Also, all of the entrances to the home were secured within the fence/gate - that was very nice and felt very secure. Nice deck and seating area off of the living room. I would especially like to thank these owners for trusting me as a paying short-term renter enough to leave rolls of paper towels and bathroom tissue in your home. I’ve rented vacation properties where not even salt and pepper was left in the home and I find that incredibly offensive. Thank you again. Don’t pass up this rental! The neighbors in the duplex were very kind and quiet. They are the only neighbors. This home has it all - clean, nicely appointed, comfortable bed and great yard - all in a wonderful location!

I was concerned seeing the property was right off a main road but those concerns were quickly out of my mind. The location was PERFECT for us, don’t recall any road noise and access in and out were super easy. The way the home is placed you feel like you have privacy with the large back yard where you can sit and enjoy the birds (and a rooster sometimes). The home, bed and couch were comfortable. The communication with the property owner was spot on. I know we paid for our stay but grateful we chose this one.

This property is immaculately cleaned, relaxing out on the patio & incredibly spacious even more than what pics show! Pet food was even provided with various sizes of bowls! There was no additional “basic need” products or amenities required! After our 1st night-we wanted to extend as long term stay! Highly recommended

Perfect for what we needed.

We needed a place to stay that accepted dogs and was close to our son, who lives in Irving. This home fit the description and we enjoyed staying here. Everything was available as we expected it to be and the supplies that were provided were more than adequate. We were here over Thanksgiving, and it was easy to prepare a large meal. The backyard was fenced and great for the dogs. Neighbors were quiet. The home definitely met our needs for our trip. I would recommend staying here if you have pets or need a nice home for a long stay.

This duplex house was great & fully stocked through out the entire house. The decor was great & Adam was easy to get a hold of when needed. The pictures are exactly what you get & the privacy is appreciated.
