Beautiful house in a wooded secluded location, but still close to town. Backyard and pool were beautiful. Furniture was comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

The pool was AMAZING! The house was very clean and had all the space we needed so close to the KP hole. The deer came up in the yard and my grandkids could pet them by the fire pit! It was a wonderful week!!

It was a lovely setting, nice and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and was very surprised that the kitchen and baths were well stocked with everything you need to cook and shower.

A perfect location for proximity to river access without being in the hustle/bustle of river traffic. Serene property, impeccably clean, well laid out with lots of room and owner has taken care of all details for your stay. The pool is an additional high-light!

The whole house and outdoor areas were amazing. Spacious and fun. The inside of the house was ample and many different areas to hang out and chat and play games. The washer and dryer with the soap and dryer sheets were much appreciate. Tom the host was very nice and quick to get back to me. 20/10 experience. I hope to come back next year.

Amazing house

The property was wonderful, the pool was perfect, the backyard had games and the fire pit for snores and hanging out. We saw lots of deer. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay!

We had a great time at this house. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of games / things to do for our two little boys. The beds were comfy with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, nice towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, spare ziplock bags, I could go on but you get the picture. A lot of thought went into making this place comfortable inside and out. The garage was nice to have. The location is secluded yet close to groceries and restaurants. Proximity to the springs was perfect, we went to 6 different springs and had a blast. Communication was excellent.

Home in the "Woods"

This home was very clean and comfortable. It was pretty close to the Rainbow River and K.P. Hole for swimming. I think others will enjoy their stay as well.

Family Vacation

This is actually my family’s second stay at this property because we had such a great time for the Forth of July. It is located closely to all of the best local attractions but it is still private and quiet. The pool is always a hit and the home and property are clean and well equipped for a great long weekend. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had an amazing stay. The pool and outdoor space was awesome for hanging out and very private. The house is clean and comfortable and the pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely be booking this home again.
